Based on my research, Darvocet-N 50 (acetaminophen + propoxyphene napsylate) is a narcotic (opioid) analgesic combination indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain. So it sounds to me like you're just in need of a similar type of drug combination. Although I'd recommend discussing this with your doctor before having any decisive thoughts, a few other potential brands to consider would probably be medications like those listed below:

Percodan (Aspirin + Oxycodone)
Percocet (Acetaminophen + Oxycodone)
Norco (Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone)
Ibudone (Hydrocodone + Ibuprofen)
Demerol (Meperidine)

I hope this info helps!
