The brownish pill with ALZA 54 on it is 54 mg Concerta extended release.

It is to help control attention span / ADD / ADHD

Concerta contains the active ingredient Methylphenidate, which is a psychostimulant that's used to treat ADHD, narcolepsy and a few other medical issues.
