Will Neurontin Give False Positive On Drug Testing (Page 5)

I will be going back to work and will be testing for illegal drug use. I am on Neurontin due to a medical problem. Will I get a FALSE POSITIVE result on a test for illegal drugs?

I tested posted for Oxy today and the only thing I have taken is Gabapentin

The same thing happened to me today at parole. I am on Vivatrol and there is no way I would have used. It is being sent to a lab. Will it still come up positive on a lab test? Please let me know if you know about it. Thank you.
