I found a similar sounding pill just now- white and breakable in the middle with the letter B on one side and T on the other. We’re you able to find out what it is?? Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. Someone else just wrote in a related thread that they have these same tablets, but believe them to be anabolic steroids (stanozolol or oxandrolone). Based on their message, it sounds to me like they're in England. And I also got the sense that they may not have filled it in a licensed pharmacy, so their assumption could be totally wrong! I wonder if the MHRA has a public imprint database they way that the NIH does in the US? I just sent the MHRA an email and hope to hear back.

Hard to say for sure. I couldn't find any exact match online but some research indicates it may be a contraceptive (birth control) pill manufactured in the UK.

There is a similar variation (imprint/score) of homeopathic medicine made by Boericke & Tafel but I believe it is round not oblong.
