I have been taking generic Temazepam 30mg. They were a off white color. Now they have changed them to Yellow Mylan 5050. They are both capsules and generic for Restoril. I have been having a lot of dizziness and balance problems since I have started the yellow ones. Do you think this change in pill could do this to me. ## How long have you been taking it? Drowsiness, dizziness, and headache can be normal side effects of this medication, according to FDA reports, but we are all different and may react differently to medications. How are you doing, now? Has there been any change?

I found a round white pill with a line across middle and at the top of it is a C. Under the line it has ZN. I found it in my Temazepam bottle but it matches no other tablets in the bottle. Please help as I don't know if it's safe to take!

I have been having sleep issues for some time now. I have taken ambien then lunesta and they no longer work. My doctor gave me a script for 30 mg Temazepam. I took the first one last night. I sleep very well but had a very hard time waking up and have felt groggy since arising about 4 hours ago. Does this hangover side efect go away or is it the norm whenever taking this drug? ## The hangover effect (feeling groggy the day after you take temazepam) is actually quite common. When I read this, it made me really motivated to try to get off temazepam which I had been taking for my chronic insomnia for well over a year. In addition to the temazepam, I had been taking various other drugs like lorazepam and zolpidem (Ambien) for well over 5 years for my chronic insomnia. About 3 months ago, I went to my doctor and told her I wanted to get off temazepam but I needed help. At that time, I had been taking 30 mg of temazepam nightly for well over a year. I am on a lot of meds and taking drug tests for probation, i have been testing positive for benzos for months and the lab never finds them but my last test a week ago showed positive for restoril and serax, even though i am not taking them. What meds can cause this? ## I take Xanax and percocet, plus a lot of other things. I have been on antibiotics for awhile. Anyway, the past 2 months, my urine test showed positive for timazepam! I have tested positive for it the past 2 months! I have NO idea what it is. Could the combination of any medications make timazepam make it test positive?

I have been taking Temazapam 15 mg for a week now, and now I wake up more (every hour) than I did before starting it. Any ideas? I feel pretty discouraged. ## That is very unusual, it usually causes such severe drowsiness and somnolence that people are advise to make sure they have at least 8 hours set aside to sleep, after taking it. Some medications, however, can cause the opposite effect in some people, so this means it may not be the right medication for you. went to Walmart in san Antonio, tx. to fill my sleep medication. they told me this item which is Temazapam and it was manufactured by Qualitest,Pharmaceuticals. I have been given some large white round pills that have C stamped on it then a half way line & ZN printed below. I have been told they are 20 mls of Temazepam & have some in part of a strip but all I can read on it is actavis then Temaze Tablets but that's it? ## the tablets c underline zn are 20ml temzipan ## thats c/zn = 20ml temazepan

I am taking Temazepam 30MG caps QUA they are red & light blue with a (V) on red side and 5894 on the light blue side. They are different from the white caps I have been taking previously.
