I have been having sleep issues for some time now. I have taken ambien then lunesta and they no longer work. My doctor gave me a script for 30 mg Temazepam. I took the first one last night. I sleep very well but had a very hard time waking up and have felt groggy since arising about 4 hours ago. I am in the military and just got a urine test back positive for temazepam. I have never heard of the drug before and they are trying to get me into trouble for it. Hi. I have a couple of these round white tablets with a score line & no other marking on them. I was told they were xanax but im unsure; im in the united kingdom and without the markings they look like temazepam in size & color. The most mild mannered janitor ever was a super spy. So you have a couple of white tablets with nothing but a score and say nothing about their packaging. I'd suggest you steer well clear if you haven't got a clue what they are.....and you only have 2 tablets. I'm going with paracetamol.

I am a 29 year old female, healthy, no smoking & drinking habits. I've never had sleep problem until my child was born last Oct. Since Dec I was suffering a bad insomnia and OB perscripted Temazepam 15 mg for treatment and I am still breastfeeding. As I felt very depressed even with the sleep I got I went to a psychiatrist who diagnosed me with postpartum depression and put me on Zoloft. By the time I was already on Tema for about 4 weeks. My second visit of the psychiatrist he asked whether my sleep had improved with Zoloft (the antidepressant) and I told him I was still on Tema every night. He seemed concerned and told me I should only take Tema 3 times most per week (funny my OB did not mention only use it AS NEEDED when she first perscripted me the Tema, and I got a refill),...

I just cant sleep and have been to the doctor, but got no results from these temazepam caps. ## What else have you tried? Benzodiazepines, such as Temazepam, are usually only prescribed as a last resort, after all other options have failed, so no doctor is going to prescribe them to treat insomnia as the first choice. The first thing they will want you to try is what they call good sleep hygiene, which includes no stimulants after 3pm, no alcohol, in bed by 11pm, up by 8am and etc. ## Really? I had a drug screen test, it showed up as having restoril in it. I didn't know what it was or ever taken it, my scripts include, lortab, Xanax, ambien, Zanaflex, promethazine gel, atenolol, nexium, b-12, multi vitamin, Lamictal, liquid Zoloft in four ounces orange juice, I also have to drink an atkins protein drink where I had gastric bypass two months ago. Can any of this taken together cause restoril to show up in a urine drug screen? My Dr is not wanting to give me my meds.
