Hello, Annabelle! How are you?

Each 12mgs of Hydromorphone is equal to 48mgs of Morphine, so the Hydromorphine is stronger, by a ratio of 1 to 4, each 1mg of it is equal to 4mgs of Morphine.

The U.S. FDA warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

Is there anything else I can help with?
