I am 72+ having diabetic from the age of 65. It is in a good control. I was taking before breakfast 1 tab. Reclimet and 1/2 tab. of Pioglit 15. Since one year I am taking Jalra 50mg 1 tab instead of Pioglit as per Dr. advise. Since one month I am getting little constipation problem. I want to know is this due to Jalra 50? Thanks.

Learn more Jalra details here.

And yes, it may cause constipation as a side effect.

In most cases, when you have a serious medical condition and are taking multiple medications, the safest way to relieve it is by adding more dietary fiber, either by eating more fibrous foods, or using a supplement.

But please make sure that it's safe for you to do so.

Is there anything else I can help with?
