I need to know if it a type of Tramadol.

No, it's an allergy tablet. Zyrtec. I've had 11 years as a pharmacy tech. Nationally Certified, and 32 years as a home health nurse.

May cause dry mouth, nose and headache. if they are too bothersome , call doc for something different. These effects usually go away with a bit of time.

Dry mouth, dry nasal passages. You may use a little Vaseline around the nasal area to relieve any discomfort.
