Due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, if you require such a medication on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a specialist.
Do you currently have a PCP that could refer you to someone? If so, that would most likely be the fastest way to find the help you need.
Ritalin carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, anorexia and insomnia.
Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?
I do not know where the idea is coming from that you have to see a specialist to be treated for ADHD or chronic pain, but it is not true. There may not be a lot of PCP's who will do it, but there are some out there. If there is a ADHD group in Tulsa, call and ask them for drs that treat ADHD. You will have to have your previous medical records.
