Resolor (prucalopride) Drug Information (Top voted first)

Updated

I have slow G.I. motility and am taking Resolor (Prucalopride). Been on it for 9 days and not really working. Been in pain for a year with tummy troubles. Laxatives stopped working. How long before Prucalopride really works?

It can take 4 to 5 weeks, before it reaches its full level of efficacy in your body. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence, and constipation.

How are you doing, now? Has there been any change? Are you on any other medications?
