Pseudo Barh Barh Palsy. Tryptomer 25mg Daily

I have 25mg triptomer once a day.today I have taken two by mistake. That is 50mg. Will it b harmful in any way

I am 77. For more than 3 years I have been taking tryptomer 25 (given for back pain and disc bulging) and restyl 1mg for my B.P. Now I have no high BP. I have even stopped taking BP tabs. Now I fear the side effects of these drugs. Can I stop them and how?
