I've googled and searched message boards and haven't found anything that looks like this pill. It's small, round, kind of a Pepto bismol pink, and has only a triangle imprint. There is no scoring, letters, or numbers. It is a hard consistency. Does not break easily. Does anyone have any ideas what this may be? I have a picture but can't see where I can post it along with my message

I have these as well and really can't seem to figure out what it is!!! Makes no sense. Found it in my sisters room. She's had a history of oxycodone abuse but this can't be searched I've looked everywhere. Have you had any luck with it yet?

It turned out to be oxy 20mg. Most likely manufactured outside the US

Hi ICAG2017,

Thanks for keeping us updated on the pill's identity. May I ask how you were able to determine that it was indeed Oxy 20mg? And are you referring to oxycodone, oxycontin, oxymorphone, oxy-"something else", etc.? There are many drugs with a prefix of "Oxy", so I just wanted to see if we could verify that without having a pill imprint to go off of... Did you use a drug panel or lab analysis for confirmation?

As far as posting a picture of the tablet, you can always upload the photo to an image hosting service and share the link here.

Hope this helps!

Re: ICAG2017 (# 2)

You are correct. Triangle imprints are from Argentina. They're strictly for cancer patients. They can be pink (5mg), white (10mg) and yellow (20mg). I may have the white and yellow mg transposed. They are US Oxycodone equivalents. Good luck!
