Hello, Ken! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain.

However, there are no 15mg IR capsules available. The instant release capsules are only available in 5mg doses.

The others are either the regular release that take 15 to 20 minutes to start working, or the time released Oxycontin that is slowly released over a period of 12 hours.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Have you ever tried the time released Oxycontin? That may help you get better pain control, so you may want to ask your doctor about trying it.
