Musa Ka Gul (Top voted first)

Dear Sir/Mam,

I want to quit taking Musa Ka Gul, but if i don't take this i feel a headache and my mind doesn't work properly.

Thanks for any advice.

I m using a tobacco product musa ka gul 6 times a day . I m using it in toilet.to get fresh

Mubina,

Use salt and mustard oil with fingers, as it will help you to remove the addiction. It would be better if you could also mix some menthol oil in this and drink it with warm water after taking meals with lemon. It will remove dental pain.

I am trying to leave without involving anyone from my family (They will be very unhappy with my addiction) and its been over a year now since I am TRYING. I have not totally quit, but instead of doing it daily for 6 times, now I do it once a week, I control myself throughout the week, sometimes I am not able to control myself and do it every two days, but it is better than what my situation was till last year.

I atleast have the confidence that I can very well quit it atleast for a few days...its a highly addictive habit. I am getting better now, though it would be advisable to go to a professional will help you get rid of tobacco.

musa ka gul mai 10 yrs se use kar rhi hu. dant mai dard hone ke wajah se. mujhe aaram toh ho jata hai. but ese mere health pe bhut effect kar rha hai. eske kiye bina rat ko so nhi pati. mai ese chhodna chahti hu. pls help me.

I have been addicted to it for the last 17 years...I am 34 now..I am so fed up of myself...Guys please dont use it, its highly addictive. For years I didnt sleep due to it and I had bad acne too. I was too stupid and never tried to find out why I was not able to sleep....I am a big sufferer of this bad dirty filthy habit. I wasted some very important years in this addiction. It has affected my health, my relationships, my job, my stamina, my LIFE...I am trying to quit from the last one year...

gul is a very highly addicted thing.Due to this you lose your health and affected your thinking power.
you can only leave it by your self control and dedication.if you face any serious issue like high headache plz consult a doctor....

Yes, it possible to change your track from this uneven mess as Musa Ka Gul has a high risk of addiction, so please consider these following tips:

1. skip your night meal
2. consume lots of water
3. target something to achieve
4. think positive
5. chant a rahu mantra before going to sleep

I started gul manjan in 2009 and it spoiled my happily married life. i have no kids because an infertility problem started. i started menopause at an early age when hypothyroidism, high bp, blood sugar problems and depression all started. Now i am alone with my husband. i spoil my husband. I always have thoughts of suicide. I was so pretty and intelligent before but now there's no expression in my face and i am selfish now. I even stopped prayers when before i was so pious. What will happen in the future? I dont know. So my humble request to all my brothers and sisters is to please quit this habit now and please pray for me. God help me.

Champix or Chantix with a lot of self motivation can help cure Gul addiction. The medicine starts working after a week of starting taking it.
