Maxglain-M contains the active ingredients Methycobalamin and Pregabalin, it used to help treat and alleviate nerve pain.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and weight gain.

Alprazolam is a Benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety, nervous disorders and for its sedative like effects.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and irritability.

As to using them together, both the Pregabalin and the Alprazolam can cause central nervous system depression, so the patient should know to watch for certain signs of problems, such as lowered breathing rate, a drop in blood pressure and severe dizziness.

They can be used together, as long as the doctor knows the patient is taking both and their condition is being monitored.

Patient is not being monitored.....Patient is having severe dizziness...Doctor says It will be for sometime.. after a week patient will not have this problem....Doctor knows patient is taking both the medicine...

But another question is - Patient is having problem of Tremor (Not so much-but patient can not take anything properly like while taking a glass- hand is shaking). Patient is not taking any medicines for Tremor problem.

Is tremor problem increase with Maxgalin-M???
