Loritab 5, 7.5,or 10 (Page 4) (Top voted first)

I have a question. I have gotten some medications mixed up and now don't know which dosage is which. They are Loritab (I believe) with M358, M363, and M367 on them? Can anyone help me to identify the dosage of each. I have tried to research with no luck. Thanks!

Pill imprint M 722 has been identified as Tizanidine hydrochloride 2 mg.

Tizanidine is used in the treatment of muscle spasm; cluster headaches and belongs to the drug class skeletal muscle relaxants.
