I found this pill on my table and would like to know what it is and what it's taken for. It is white oblong with 15/850
on one side and 4833M on the other.

The white oblong pill which you are describing is Actoplus met; which is a combination of metformin 850 mg + pioglitazone 15 mg, used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
