Hydrocodone Urine Test (Page 4) (Top voted first)

I just tasted a little lortab, not even 2 mg and I had to drug test about 12 hours later. I had a urine test that was sent to the lab. Will this show up? I have not been taking anything at all for a long time.

I missed 2 days of taking my Hydrocodone. I had went out of town and forgot my meds. I have taken my Hydrocodone for 2 days now and have a urine test in 2 days. Will it show up in my urine?

Been taking hydrocodone for years. Took my last one on Friday and today is Sunday. How many days before I can pass a 12 panel urine test?

I am not a drug abuser and have no addictions first and foremost. I got sick with a terrible chest cold and found an old expired bottle of tussinex prescribed to me as a cough suppressant. I took the prescribed dosage of 5ml which is 10mg. 12 hours later I took a second dose. 12 hours after that dose I was called into a random drug test for my job. 2 hours later I submitted the urine sample so a total of 14 hours. The cutoff level for my test is 300ng. I have been freaking out over this and getting no sleep. Am I being paranoid or do I really need to worry? I believe they use the standard 5 panel test. This is the total truth, I was just freaking sick and the bottle said cough suppressant, I didn't even know hydrocodone was an abuse-tested drug.

My last dose of Hydrocodone was last Tuesday night and I got a drug test this coming Wednesday morning. I took 8 yellow lortabs Tuesday night. Basically by the time I take my urine test I will be 7 days clean. Is that enough time to pass the drug test? It's a urine test.

I took a total of three 10mg hydrocodone yesterday and the day before. I have a 9 panel urinalysis tomorrow. Am I safe?

I was prescribed hydrocodone-apap 7.5/325. I ran out of them. So I've been taking vicodin 5/325 and lorcet 10/325. Would I pass a urine test being that they all are hydrocodone?

How long does norco stay in your urine? And if I was to take a whole norco 2 days before a urine test was to be done, would I pass?

Yes. In my 20+ years on Methadone I believe it will show up. Very sorry. I think if you don't have a habit to these pulls just a little bit will show up. Just my opinion. I wish you the best of luck.

If I take half of a 7.5mg Hydrocodone on a Sunday evening, would it show up in a urine test on Wednesday at noon?

Is there anything I can do so loratab doesn’t show up in a urine test.

Lisa, there is a good chance that you failed the test, most narcotics, even in a low amount are detectable for as long as 5 days on a standard urine test.

Kevin, it will depend on what type of test they do. If they do a standard 5 panel, it will just detect the presence of the narcotic and you should be fine. However, if they do a more in-depth test, it can actually show the levels.

If your pain has been that severe, your best bet is really to just be honest with your doctor and let them know that the current dosage/medication isn't always working for you to handle your pain level.

Thank You Verwon. I just got back from the doctor and he continued my prescription treatment. The drug test results came back exactly as he wanted is what he said. I understand everything on there except tested positive for something called "ETHYL GLUCURONIDE". Any idea what that is???

Ethyl Glucuronide, it is a metabolite that is found from drinking ordinary alcoholic beverages, such as beer, wine or liquor. It's a metabolite of Ethanol.

It is sometimes included on some of these tests in case a person isn't permitted to be using it, such as when someone is recovering alcoholic or under certain military or employment restrictions, like an airline pilot. (They aren't permitted to imbibe within 24 hours of flying.)

If you don't drink, there are even some over the counter products, like cough syrups that contain small amounts of alcohol.
