Actually, this pill does not contain a narcotic of any type!

Pills marked with an L, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, manufactured by Perrigo, they are commonly sold as the store brands or generics.

This one contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen, in an extended release formulation, it is generally sold to relieve arthritis pain.

Side effects might include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
