How Long Does Oxycodone Stay In Your System For A Urine Test (Page 2)

I took a 30mg of oxycodone friday and a half oxycodone sat morning. I have a drug test wed. Do u think it will be outta my system by then?

I believe Opana er shows up as morphine/oxycodone. at least that is what my old pain doctor told me

Take the half life in the package insert and multiply icy by 6. Eight to be safer and that is the time it stays in the body

From my experience it takes about 72 hrs for oxycodone to be out of my system. I recently passed a 7 and a 9 panel urine test that specifically checks for oxycodone in your system.
Drink about 8 glasses of 16oz water a day, that's all you need and stay off anything and you should be good in about 2-3 days.

Yes, they test separate. I have a friend who is on oxycodone and took op's to cover her test because she ran out early. Bad mistake. All opiates test separate. And all are out of system within 3 to 5 but give 7 days to be absolute. I am a R.N. so I do know!!!!!! Be careful and nnever over medicate. See too many people dying from mis use of meds. Its an epidemic and its sad so many americans have pain.

Mr. b you clearly don't know too much yourself considering I just had court today and court documents state I am required to take a hair folicle test and in bold writing + underlining it says: PERSON TAKING TEST MUST BRING PHOTO ID.

This is my experience so take it with a grain of salt. I am on probation where I am randomly drug tested once a week. I have to call a phone number in the morning and if my color pops up I need to go UA. I smoke oxycodone, from my research smoking oxys is the least effective way to ingest them, i know. I like the taste and the process. I Have had a few close calls. I smoked one pill on a Wednesday night around 9 PM. I had to UA that Friday morning. I was clean in 36 hours. I smoke like 3-5 pills a week. I generally wait for the day that I UA and after I leave the office I know I am safe for the week. Another example last week I was supposed to UA on Tuesday instead of UAing I smoked a pill, blew off my probation officer for two days went in Thursday told him how sorry I was and that since it was finals week for my Community College that I was extremely busy and it wouldn't happen again. I took my UA, again it was clean. I am taking small doses and I am also smoking them which I hear extracts like 12% of the actual drug. So out of a 30 MG pill I am only getting 3.6 MGs if what I have read from other sources is accurate. If testing specifically for oxycodone I know probation offices and I am sure other important UAs are using the 100 NG per ML test. They are extremely sensitive.

I also attempt to flush my system if I know I might only have two days before my next UA. Opiates are water soluble. I drink plenty of water. My apartment has a steam room so I also sit in that a few times and try to sweat as much as possible. I have a fast metabolism. For some of you this might not work I weigh 220 lbs and very low body fat.

Don't take this to heart, what works for me may not work for you. If you are on probation and don't want to risk going to jail don't do drugs. If you are worried about an employment and you are smoking pills, obviously smoking blues is more important than a paycheck.

I am not going to say I am responsible by being able to do drugs in moderation because I'm not. I have risked quite a bit by experimenting and I am grateful that I have been able to piss clean in a two day time period. I am unlucky where my drug tests are random they can be any day of the week. If you are on set days where you know when you need to go pee and you are still being retarded by not stopping that's your prerogative.

Also, I understand wanting a basic idea of how long a drug stays in your system. I don't recommend Googling it a thousand times reading different posts because you are going to stress yourself the hell out. People are going to tell you a thousand different things, you are going to try retarded things to pee clean. The only thing I can suggest is buy a drug test that is identical in quality to the one you are going to be tested with and find out exactly how long it takes your body to flush the toxins out of you system. I was left in the bathroom during one of my UAs with a box full of them and was able to snag a couple and I test myself.

Some people have a lot to lose if they fail a UA. If you are one of those people don't do drugs.

Morphine and Percocet can stay in your system for as long as 8 to 10 days. Vicoden, Norco, and oxycodone usually leave your system in 1 to 4 days. You need to get your facts straight. For oxycodone take the number of mg, divide by two, and add 4.5. That will give you the number of hours it will be in your system.

Actually opiates are stored in your fat cells hence the reason you go through withdrawals from extended use. When you stop using opiates such as morphine or oxycodone after using them for a long period of time your body starts to take the drug out of your fat cells which is the reason you feel symptoms of withdrawal. The more you have used and the longer you have used will determine how long and severe the withdrawal symptoms are. Believe me as a person who has been prescribed oxycodone for 10 years and is also on methadone I know what I am talking about. So anyone who tries to say otherwise has no clue what they are talking about.
