When you take the pill you must work out in the day to cut the energy level....I haven't been constipated and I sleep perfect at night....I haven't had any side effects this is not my first time using this pill....the ingredients is on the box....they are 100 percent natural...there are a lot fake and identical pills out there...you have to be careful who and we're you buy these pills from......it says to drink a lot of water....you're suppose to drink at least 10 -12 glasses while taking this per day....I'm not a professional but I did my research. I also know people that are taking this pill and they're fine literally because there weight has melted of.......

Okay... I just wanted to comment on these fruta planta pills first of all I have been taking them for over a month against my better judgement. I have lost about 20lbs with absolutely no exercise. They curb your appetite for sure there have been days that I have to basically forse myself to eat the only side effects that I have experienced have been EXTREME dry mouth every day and constipation. I know alot of people that take these pills and I don't know anyone that hasn't lost weight on them so in that sense they are great! However, my main concern from the start was that I wanted to know what the ingredients are in these pills I have done a ton of research and have come up empty and the box is useless to me since it is all in chinese. But my best friend who is the person I purchased these pills from, she emailed the seller that she recieved the pills from who is a woman in China who apparently is a big seller to people in South Florida where we are, anyways my friend emailed her and requested a list of active ingriedients she initially sent us a list in chinese and after we wrote her back asking sor an explanation in English she finally just wrote us back with the last that turnesd out to be pretty scary. According to our seller these pills contain lead and arsenic along with herbs and L carintene. I know some people say that they contian seratonin uptake inhibitors but her list did not include that however I would not be the least bit surprised if they do. And just to respond to your question I understand you not wanting to say anything to your Dr. cause I felt the same way but mixing that with antidepressants can be very dangerous I say this because I am anursing student as well as assistant manager for an ENT. Anyway if you want to know if you will lose weight on these pill YES 100% but at what cost I do not know. As I said I have not had any major side effects but after finding out they contain lead I am going to request that my Dr. run a heavy metal panel on me so this means that I will also have to confess to my Dr. that I have been taking these pills. For the meantime I have stopped taking the pills weather or not I will start taking them again will depend on what my blood work reveals, I will keep you posted. I hope this information helps as I wish I was a little more informed from the begining. Good Luck.

I'm from the UK recently bought fruta planta from mynicnaxs. After reading the reviews im wondering if I made the right choice? I am yet to start taking them. I weigh roughly 275lbs and I'm desperate to lose weight. I've noticed that on YouTube there are no recent posts and also there are very few online. I need a recent review if possible. I have actually tried the 4 versions of fruta planta to compare which one works best for me. I have experienced NO side effects what so ever. The version I am taking which is the pink box 2012 pink capsule... It's not on the RECALL list. :)

Hello all-
I have been taking Fruta Planta for about a month now but only every other day since I was a little scared about the side effects. As soon I started the pill I began to diet and jog everyday for about an hour. I'm 5'8 and my original weight was 175lbs. I am now 150lbs and noticeably thinner. Luckily, I've only experienced the dry mouth side effect more so in the beginning than now though I still drink about 8 glasses of water a day. I had trouble sleeping the first two nights; however, I began to go jogging at night just before bed and I come home so tired now that I fall asleep right away. My skin has actually improved a lot (perhaps because of all the water) but it looks a lot smoother and healthier. I absolutely love this product and I have recommended it to all my friends who have also had positive results.

When I take Fruta Planta in the AM with luke warm water BEFORE eating, I will not be hungry for the entire day, however, I force myself to eat healthy meals. It makes me thirsty, so it forces me to drink water as well. This is all good. (I notice that if I take the pill after eating, I am just as hungry as if I hadn't taken it at all)

I never feel as if I am buzzing - instead, I feel more focused and I am definitely much more productive. I originally was worried about taking this supplement when I read the FDA reports, but when I looked closer at the statistics, I felt a lot better. I also felt as if the Abbott drug was recalled because it was working too well.

My logic: If there are 15,000 overweight people, how many would you expect to die of cardiac related issues in a year if they weren't taking any diet supplements? 10, 15, maybe 20? The info I found indicated that 1 person died and less than 10 had rapid heart rate. Seems to be that the drug should be promoted instead of recalled based on those stats. I lost 15 pounds over six months but stopped taking the supplement for a few years and I went back to my old bad habits so I slowly put the weight back on. Just started taking again and the weight is coming off but I am committed to making some lifestyle changes this time around as well. Good luck to everyone.

I have... I've lost 21 lbs in just over six weeks... I think I could have lost more, but I haven't been as consistent as I should have been. I've skipped some pills here and there.

I just bought these pills, took my first one and felt drugged so I started doing research. There is alot of discussion here but no follow up. Does anyone know how to get to the bottom of the truth here? There are numerous accusations but nothing concrete and I cannot believe the FDA hasn't stepped in? Anyone know any links that are factual and not speculative. I had little appettite but knew somehting was amiss. Lead, arsenice, and banned medications are frightening!

I was just describing the box I bought from Frutaplanta/com. The DUC was the same size and not bolder. As I said, that box made me sick. I have bought three boxes from Japan 2 Day on Amazon, and they all had the RUC in bigger and bolder print. The first box I bought from them was very effective and had no side effects. The next box had a hologram and didn't work. The third box had the hologram and a GMP sticker, but it also didn't work.
I've looked around for a box that looks just like the first box I had bought from Japan 2 Day, and so far I have found some at arnold supplements and la frutaplanta/com. I'm still unsure if I will ever buy another FP box again, after my latest experience (the box I received was not the box shown on the website!). Your right about how annoying this is!!! I'm very close to giving up.

Ana, I have never had a box with red writing on the foil, but for all I know, I've received all fake boxes. The only one that seemed like the real deal was the box without the holograms with the RUC in bigger/bolder print. I'm just as confused as you are.

I started the fruta palnta the end of May. I have taken it according to the directions, one a day in the morning. So far I have lost 35 lbs. I am 5'2.5 and 54 years old. I do have extreme dry mouth so I drink Lots of water. I have been plagued with bladder infections my whole adult life and have not had one since starting this supplement. Toxins in your body are stored in fat. As you break down fat, the toxins are released into your bloodstream. Lots of water helps the body dilute and filter them out. If you don't drink enough, this could lead to many ill health effects.
So far I fell great other than the dry mouth. I intend to continue these until I get to my ideal weight and will continue to use them as needed to maintain the loss.

To determine if fruta planta box is authentic you should always buy from reliable source. Many folks look at cheapest seller online and take chances with their order. The box should have pink numbered label and a silver square imprint saying security. The foil should have green lettering with a white symbol over it. To avoid this again a recommend a reliable source. I've been selling it for over 5 years.

I want to buy Fruta Planta. I used it last year and lost a lot of weight, but I stopped when I reached my ideal weight. Now, I have gained weight again and would like to use it but they seller I bought it from doesn't sell it anyou brmore. Can someone tell me where I can buy an effective one from?

P.S. For those having health issues after taking Fruta Planta, maybe it's because you or your family have history of cardiac problems. If so that would explain it due to the fact that it contains sibutramine.
