False Positive Urine Analysis For Amphetamine And Methamphetamine

Can Prednisone 20mg along with Zantac, and Sudafed and my inhaler [Ventolin HFA (albuterol sulfate) Inhalation Aerosol 90 mcg per actuation], cause a false positive in a urine screen for amphetamine and methamphetamine?
