Effergin can be very effective when taken correctly. Its basic ingredient is ephedrine which has a very similar chemical breakdown to mild anphetamines. Another ingredient found in most Effergin tablets is caffeine. Which on its own is a very good fat burner if used correctly. Both main ingredients in Effergin will supress hunger, and increase your metabolic rate.. basically meaning you will burn more calories than normal just by your body being at rest. It is important to maintain a low carb/fat diet with plenty of protein. And most importantly WATER!! If you take Effergin, you need to keep your body hydrated, the burning off of fat cells dramatically decreases your bodies ability to hold water, continued use of Effergin when dehydrated can result in liver and kidney damage. Another side effect that should be considered is what is known as the "buzz".. a burst of increased energy that can often cause shaking, nausea, heart palpitations and in very very rare cases, cardiac arrest. Also.. you may find it hard to sleep. It isn't recommended to take Effergin if you suffer from heart problems or high blood presure. 1 pill twice a day for the first week, then increase to 2 if you feel it neccesary. I hope this info helps anybody undecided.. It is absolutely at yor own risk, but if used correctly the results are very positive.

i wudnt recommend effergin tbh, me and my mate took a load along with 4 grenades, ok so it was a stupid idea but we were bored at work and he dared me. had an amazin night with incredible energy and amazin feeling of shudders thru my body, never felt so good but after 4 hrs the bad effects kicked in, shakes (or tremors it feels like), insomnia, feeling of sickness, sweating. feels ten times worse than a hangover and i cant stop shaking and seeing things that aren't there! just googled the tablets and they can cause heart attack so research before u take them! im female, anyone know how long till the effects wear off? we took about 12 effergins, 4 grenades.

ive taken effergin for quite sometime now, and they do really work there is no side affects what so ever they dnt make you eat so much and bursts of energy also fantastic to take before the gym. id recomend that you start with two or three first thing,

iv started taking effergin they work well i was just wanting to know if they have any side affects on fertility as going to be trying for next baby in few moths

i was takin effergin about 2 years ago, they really did work but had to cum off them as fell pregnant. since havin my daughter been searchin high and low for them and ive just managed to get sum, theyve got FT on and dont seem to be workin where as the 1st ones i got were tiny little white pills with nothing wrote on. can anyone get me them again?

hi there IF YOU HAVE NEVER TAKEN THEM BEFORE THE DOSE IS 3 PER DAY FOR A WEEK THEN 4 A DAY FOR A WEEK UP TO 5 PER DAY NOT TO BE TAKEN AFTER 6PM OR YOU WILL BE WIDE AWAKE , MY MATE BE ON THEM 4 DAYS AND LOST 3LB ALREADY ITS FALLING OFF HIM HES CUTTING UP AS HES A BODY BUILDER GOOD PILLS IF YOU REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT.

hi daz yeh ive been told all about them was ment to be gettin them down here but they were wantin 40 for 100 was willing to pay it but it fell thrgh and we havent heard anything since which has been a bit of a gutter.
