There are a large number of possible side effects associated with this medication. Loss of interest or pleasure is one of them. Other possible side effects from this drug that could effect one's libido may include: Feeling sad or empty, Increased need to urinate, Dizziness, faintness, or lightheadedness when getting up from a lying or sitting position suddenly, Discouragement, Change in personality, Anxiety, Absence of or decrease in body movement, Unusual tiredness or weakness, Rapidly changing moods, Mental depression, and Confusion.
