Could It Be Metronidazole Or Pregnancy
UpdatedOn 29/07/2016 I had my period which lasted for about seven days, after few days I started seeing watery blood again which I complained to the doctor and was diagnosed with an infection. He then prescribed cifloxacin, metronidazole, paracetamol and vitamin C, which I used but skipped like 3 doses of metronidazole, the light blood flow stopped almost as I started the medication and for a week after which I started seeing blood again on 22/08/2016, this time was heavy and it clotted. I thought it was because I didn't finish the dose of metronidazole, so I started it all over for 5 days but later discovered it was my period. Though heavy unlike the ones I had in the past, it stopped on the 7th to 8th day. On 19/09/2016 I had unprotected intercourse, though he didn't release inside me but till now I've not seen my period. I just feel some slight pain as if it is coming but it is yet to come. Could it be due to the medication or am I pregnant?
