hi :) ask ko lng umiinom din kc ako ng cherifer pgm i'm 17 and 5'1 height. kapag umiinom ako ng cherifer sumasakit yung sikmura ko what would i do ?

kahit po uminom ka ng cherifer pgm dka tatangkad kung laging kang puyat dapat maaga kang ma 2log kac ang tamang pahinga ng buong katawan natin 7-8 hours para mas effective

Hi Guys, I'm 13 yrs. Old at I am standing at 5'7, at ang parents ko 5'5 and 5'6 lng. Ang vitamins ko nung 5-7 yrs old pa ako ay cherifer syrup. At hindi pa ako naka take nang cherifer pgm. Effective po ba talaga tohhh? Kasi gusto ko pa tumangkad.

effective yan, ang gawin nyo ilagay nyo ung laman ng capsule sa maligamgam na tubig ,haluin nyo then inumin nyo, para walang masayang.. mas maganda siya inumin pag gabi

Para sakin effective, 6'0 lang ako bago ako uminom, pero same din tayo nagbabasketball eh, height is might talga haha, nung tinry ko almost 2-3 weeks na ata, pagcheck ko nang height ko 6'1 1/2 na, balak ko sana umabot ng 6'4-6'6.

Basta wag ka lang magpuyat at magbisyo pre, every morning stretching ka, good nutrition or healthy diet talaga, and twice a day ako umiinom, mid-morning at evening after dinner 1-2 hours bago matulog, at saka basketball ka lang araw2, nakakatulong din ata sa tingin ko kasi talon ng talon eh. Yes. Effective sya nag take ako ng 1st year ng cherifer height ko ng 1st year ay 5'3 ,siguro mga 60 +tablets din ako nun at pag dating ko nang 2nd year 5'6 nako so ayun para sakim effective

I'm a Pharmacy student at the University of Santo Tomas. I suggest na best itake sa umaga ang cherifer dahil may taurine ito na nagbooboost sa energy, therefore kung sa gabi mo ito iinumin maaaring hindi ka makatulog. Dapat sabayan mo rin ito ng healthy diet; 3 meals a day + snacks and take a lot of proteins, Vitamin D (for absorption of calcium), and Calcium (for strengthening and growth of bones). Milk has it all. Masama sa stomach ang milk pag ininom sa umaga due to its alkalinity, I suggest na sa gabi ito inumin because it also aids in better sleep. Plus exercise and stretching para mabanat ang mga joints and vertebrates, try to search nalang kung ano yung mga exercise and stretching na yun. To sum it all, take cherifer and exercise (and stretch) in the morning and drink milk before you go to sleep. And most especially have enough rest (8 hours of sleep daily is a must, too much and too little is bad).

The comments were pretty convincing. I really wanted to gain height because I am the shortest in the family and my cousins laugh at me because of my height, 4"11. My mom is matangkad naman even my Dad and Kuya while I stayed like this and it really made me deppressed kasi pakiramdam ko napag-iwanan ako ng panahon, I hope the other comments are real. Anong type ng CPGM po ba yung binili niyo? Yung capsules 10-22 yrs old or yung with zinc?

gumagamit po ako ng cherifer 15 na po ako, 1 week na akong gumagamit, nag stestretching at diet din po ako kasi ang sabi saakin ng classmates ko nakakataba din daw, iniinom ko siya bago matulog sumasakit naman ang ulo ko. May effect na po ba ito pagkatapos ng 2 months?

im 19 years old going 20 tinry q mag take ng gloxi at cherifer with proper diet,drinking milk exercise 2x a day sometimes at stretching then after 1 week tumaas aq ng 1cm update q n ln kau kung tlgang totoo xa kc feeling q sa 1cm na un na stretch ln ung buto q ndi humaba kc dti wla aqng proper diet at exercise

So yung ebook na sinasabi dyan if im not mistaken yan ay growtaller4idiot kaso mahal. Meron isang particular ebook which is dynamic height enhancer pinoy gumawa nyan. sa dynamic height enhancer madaming supplements nakalista na mabibili nyo over the counter like example glucosamine and colostrum at marami pa plus may cocktail pa yan na ikaw gagawa for HGH. HGH lang naman kase ang importante yan ang nagpapatangkad talaga i dont know kung meron ang cherifer nun. Pero kung ung DHS ang gagamitin ko more or less aabutin ng 150 ang supplements pero guaranteed ang height within 6 weeks or more. talagang need mo maghintay. Kaso medyo nagtitipid ako kaya try ko muna ang cherifer kasi 17 pesos lang plus diet and streching/yoga. Pag hindi gumana saka palang ako mag DHS ung nasa ebook. Ang height ko nga pala as today is 5'5 17 years old. my mom is 4'10 my dad is 5'2. Di ko alam kung bakit medyo matangkad ako pero ang goal ko is 5'10. pag gumana saken ang cherifer update konalang kayo.

I'm 23 years old na. Nag take ako ng cherifer before nung 20 years old ako kaso parang walang effect kaya huminto ako. Ngaun balak ko ulit mag take. Umiinom ako ng gatas pag gabi and then sinasabayan ko ng stretching sa umaga at gabi. 5 feet 5 inches lang kasi ung height ko at maraming nag sasabi na maliit ako. May effect pa ba pag nag take ako ng cherifer 10 - 22 pgm? Kailangan ko po ng sagot. Thank you!

Umiinom po ako ng Cherifer PGM 10-22 at nagja-jogging po tuwing umaga at stretching. Mga ilang weeks pa po bago tumalab. My height is so awful. Im 16 years old and my height is only just 5 feet.
