Is Cherifer Pgm 10-22 effective? I'm 5'7 height and play basketball.

Ang height ko po ay 5'6 sa isang buwan lang na pag gamit ko po ng cherifer ay tumangkad na ako ng hangang 5'9 ... ako po ay 15 years old kailangan meron tayung exercise at maraming pahinga !!!

17 years old napo ako pero wala pa atang 5' yung height ko. Syempre nakakaworry po. Bumili po ko ng Cherifer PGM. Wala pa naman pong effect since one week pa lang po kong nagtatake. Hopeful na sana umeffect. Tsaka dapat daw po sabayan ng proper diet and exercise. Try stretching and more sleep.

- Sino po ang umiinom ng Cherifer na umeffect po?

i'm 18 yrs old gusto ko pang tumangkad kasi 4"11 lang yung height ko tapos yung mga kapatid ko 6"o ngayun umiinum na ako pwede bang malamn kung effective ba ito or hindi pls....help cos im college na and im smaller than my sister

so kelangan pala ng iba...parang drink milk and exercise ang main dun...so cherifer is somewhat useless..sorry kasi akala q

Hi .. Im, 13 years old my height is 5 flat and my mom and dad bought me Cherifer PGM 10-22 Last Night ... sana maging effective yun kasi gusto ko maging 5'7 or 5'8 eh .. ang alam ko kapag gabi magandang inumin yun kasabay ng milk tapos daw you should sleep on a thin pillow only or better walang unan ... hay.. sana lang mag effect kasi i will be in tv and i have to be tall para maganda sa TV .. :) kapag nag effect to mag vovolunteer ako maging model nito :)))
