Yes, I would advise you contact a doctor and tell them what you took and how many. Even if it is several days later, now and you seem to feel fine.

If you didn't suffer a problem from the central nervous system depression caused by taking 450mgs of the Codeine, you could still have done severe damage to your organs from the 4,500mgs of Acetaminophen.

It is actually toxic in doses over 4,000mgs a day. Thus, it is very important that you see a doctor and have some tests done.
