4853V is 5mgs of Oxybutynin, a generic for Ditropan, used to help control urinary frequency and incontinence.

I have an overactive bladder. They are NOT oxy. They are oxybutyin chloride 5 mg. 1 twice a day. Since they are not narcotic my doc gives 6 refills at a time. Don't believe anyone else saying it's oxycodone. I need bladder retention surgery but until then I'm prescribed this. Hope this helps.
