Not sure if it's made in Mexico. It's a small white round pill, scored on one side and has 2.0 on the other side. ## I have came across these also. Did you take one and what do you think it is? Not sure if I should take it or not. .

What is this pill? Can anyone identify it for me? I found it while unpacking boxes. It was in a small baggie by itself. ## Qualitest Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as being a Q-Pap Extra Strength Tablet, which contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic, or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol. I found a round white pill with a line across middle and at the top of it is a C. Under the line it has ZN. I found it in my Temazepam bottle but it matches no other tablets in the bottle. Please help as I don't know if it's safe to take!

I have a close friend that uses this pill as a recreational drug. I try to convince her that it can't be good for her but me not having any knowledge of the effects of it makes my argument a bit ineffective. I believe she uses them with Percocet pills.
