I need help identifying a pill. It is very light yellow and round, with no scoring. The only identifier is (I think) A I, on the same side. It is clearly a capital A. Next to the A is either I, or 1. It looks like a capital I, just a straight line. Thanks in advance ## Hi Roland, I "may have" located to your pill to be Zolpidem tartrate extended release (12.5 mg). I only say "may have" because my source does not show a photo of the pill; just a description that matches "A1" and that the pill is round and yellow. If it helps to know, the manufacturer of this pill is Actavis Elizabeth LLC. I'll go ahead and post this drug information below so you can see if it rings a bell or not: Zolpidem is a prescription medication used for the short-term treatment of insomn... ...

I am on this pill for migraines. The doctor said I'll be on it for the rest of my life. Is this going to be safe? I also get the "tinglings" in my toes, fingers and my face. ## Did you mean to say IG 279 as opposed to just 279? If so, I located the yellow pill to be Topiramate (50 mg). It is FDA approved for, and most frequently prescribed for, the prevention of migraines. It may also be used in treatment of fibromyalgia; if that's what you are referring to with the "tinglings" in your toes, fingers, and face? You can view a detailed description of the drug by clicking on the link below... As far as safety goes, there will always be a risk for experiencing side effects with any prescription drug. I think u r mistaking the 5 when really it is a 9 instead. If that's the case then it is xanax .5 mg ## @Silas, I'm not sure who you're message is being directed at when you mention that "I think you're mistaking the 9 for a 5", but the imprint S 901 is actually referring to Alprazolam 0.5mg (the generic for Xanax - not brand name Xanax). I only bring this up because there are many instances where patients note a completely different reaction to a brand vs a generic alternative. For added verification, the manufacturer is reported to be Dava Pharma and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 67253-0901. I hope this helps and thank you Silas for taking the time share this pill ID none the less! It's easy to mistake some of these imprints when images we... ...

Yellow round pill 81 ???

Hello! I need some help identifying the pills I have.. The pill is yellow and round with an imprint of 81 on one side, the over side is blank. I've searched the net over and over findin only one result which is the Bayer 81mg time release aspirin. But that pill has the imprint of 81 in black, which is different from my pill because the imprint on my pill is embossed/ engraved into the pill, therefore the "81" is yellow like the pill... Now is this still 81mg's of aspirin or is this something else?? Thank you for your input!! ## Yes, this is still an 81mg Aspirin tablet, just not the time released one, it's a regular formulation. yellow pill v 4829

Hello fellow pain med users! I'd like to clear up any confusion. The yellow orange-ish pill with the imprinted V on one side and 4829 on the other is in fact oxycodone hydrochloride / acetaminophen 10/325. This means 10 mgs of oxycodone hydrochloride and 325 mg of acetaminophen. These are generic forms of percocet, roxicet. So yes, this is a perk 10, as people call it. The V everyone sees is actually an "N" standing for the brand name of certain medications "narcco" narcco is a company that manufactures pain medication and sells them at a generic price, thus reducing the cost of these prescription medication. Generic pills, such as this pill, have to have at least 99.9 percent of the makeup of the ungeneric brand ie. Roxicet. So you are getting the exact same thing, ... ...

Hello, I am trying to find out what these pills are. There are a few of them in my boy's shoebox. It's very small, yellow, round and is imprinted with a "10" on one side as well as "EC" on the other. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find an identification for this, yet. It's not in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases that I've checked. There is a chance that it's some type of over the counter product, or perhaps a foreign medication. Have you tried asking your son? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Yellow Pill Scored L R M<

Yellow, round pill. One side has L R Other side has M< ## Lorazepam or alprazolam? ## Based on the description provided, The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "LR" rather than "LR M<". This pill is also round and yellow, but does not show a score line in the represented photo (however a different photo may prove that it has one). If this sounds like a possible match, the imprint LR is identified as Panwarfin (7.5 mg); manufactured by Abbott Laboratories. If this doesn't appear to be a match, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. And as a last resort, you could ask them about getting the pills ingredients lab tested and brought back to... ...

yellow round with TEVA on the back and a line on the front nothing else ## Hi chris, Because I could not locate this specific pill in any of the drug databases, my findings do not pose an exact match to your description, but represent the closest matches I could find using the imprint "TEVA" with a "score line on the other side". All my matches are identified as having the imprint "TEVA" on one side of the pill, with a score line as well as a three-four digit number above the score line on the other side.
