A | B CG is probable: when CG is inverted it looks like 90 if the imprint is soft or the pill has degraded. I have made this same mistake. Round, white pill A | B CG is probably Ritalin 10 mg, non-US manufacture.

If so, this tablet is manufactured by Concord Laboratories and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine. It is most commonly used to treat migraines. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, insomnia and nervousness. ## Another possibility I found has the marking CL 022. This one is manufactured by the same company and they list it as containing 350mgs of Carisoprodol.
