completely smooth, no markings ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this tablet may contain. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products. I've even had vitamin tablets that meet this description. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

i found a pill that is white round with a smooth solid sice and the other side has a 319 on it in my bottle of trazodone, are they the same? ## No, a white, round tablet market with the numbers 319 is listed as containing 50mgs of Tramadol, which is a centrally acting analgesic, it is an opioid, but not classified as a narcotic. It can cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, constipation and dry mouth. I'd suggest contacting your pharmacy to report the error, if someone is allergic to this medication, this could cause a serious problem. Are there any other questions or comments? ## I found one in my daughter's Trazodone bottle as well and took it to the pharmacy this morning and they "quarantined" the whole bottle. I found a white round pill. One side had 54 on the top half and the bottem half was broke but something was written with and 11 at the end. The back side was smooth, no marks at all. Please let me know what you think this is ## Without the completely imprint, it is going to be difficult to determine what this is, with any precision. There are several possibilities. However, my best guess, and this is just a guess, is that it is an 8mg Buprenorphine tablet, since they are commonly diverted and sold illegally. The original marking on them is 54 411. It is a narcotic that is most commonly used to treat opiate addiction and cases of severe, chronic pain. Learn more: Does anyone else have a guess?

round white tablet with the number 10 on one side and 239 on the other side ## Located a white round pill with 239 IG on it. It could look like a 10 if it's an older pill. If this is your pill it's Amlodipine Besylate 10 mg. Amlodipine is a long-acting calcium channel blocker (dihydropyridine class) used as an anti-hypertensive and in the treatment of angina. Like other calcium channel blockers, amlodipine acts by relaxing the smooth muscle in the arterial wall, decreasing total peripheral resistance and hence reducing blood pressure; in angina it increases blood flow to the heart muscle. It is a small, white, round pill. On one side, it has Z3 imprinted on it. And on the other side -l- like you're able to cut it into 4ths. Found a small round white pill with p10 on it with nothing under it and the back is smooth. ## I found a small round white pill with P 10 on one side and M on the back. It appears to be smooth judging from an imagine. Any chance that the 'M' could've gotten rubbed off on yours based on its overall condition? The P 10 is shown as being engraved or etched into the tablet. How would you depict the style of the imprint on yours? At any rate, the one I found is reportedly identified as an orally disintegrating 10mg Prednisolone sodium phosphate tablet; used for treating various inflammatory conditions. For further verification, the manufacturer is listed as Mylan. I hope this helps! Please post back if you have any additional information to share...

54 but they are broke in half. Its not smooth on the other side there is a line right threw the middle of the opposite side. What is this, please help ## Hi Dan, From your description the closest match I'm seeing online is a white round pill marked with 54 111 on one side and scored on the other. It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. But if you could double check the "4" to make sure it's not a "1" that would confirm whether or not Mefloquine is a prime suspect. One thing is for sure though, and that is that the manufacturer of both of these pills starting with 54 and followed by three digits is ...

It is round and smooth. Please help. ## This pill is difficult to ID, but I did find some information that may be of help. Another patient with this same pill has an "assumption" that it may be 200mg of Ibuprofen (Motrin), and they believe the PV could stand for 'Premier Value'. This user was based in the UK if that counts for anything, but since I can't locate a definitive match, this is all I have to go off of for now. Hopefully someone else who has this pill in their possession can help by posting a few more details on what it might be. Good luck on your ...
