I have been prescribed these but the label got cream on it so I can't read it. They are a white round pill around 5mm, smaller than 10mm. Marked x/z. What is it?

I have been given some large white round pills that have C stamped on it then a half way line & ZN printed below. It wasn't used in the thread title so that makes me wonder. Actavis manufacturers various white round pills that carry similar descriptions, such as a cursive "R" on one side and "269" over a score line on the other; as well as another tablet with just "A349" on one side. So if you could please double check the imprint on your pill and post back with any additional information that would be very helpful.
