I have a double scored white round pill with a p with circles around it and a little E on the side not scored. It is supposed to be a muscle relaxer, but it doesnt look the same. I cannot identify the logo or the medication. Please help ## Hi kat, I have seen a pill like this somewhere on the web, but I don't think the site where I saw it was reputable...I'm having a very difficult time finding it again. It could possibly be a pill that is no longer on the market, it would make sense since it's so difficult to verify. It could also be an illicit drug of some sort, or manufactured outside of the U.S. I would take a sample to your nearest pharmacy to see if they can analyze it for you...if you aren't able to do that, then I would safely dispose of it. Sorry I couldn't ...

found round white pill that is double scored with no markings ## Did you find out what this is? I have the same pill ## I also was on the hunt to figure out what these small, white, double scored pills with no imprint on the other side were. I dug around for a good half hour and apparently they are 3mg melatonin. ## So I did some digging for a good half hour to figure these out as I also have the same small, white, round, double scored pills with no imprint on the other side. Apparently it’s 3mg melatonin. ## So I did some digging for a good half hour to figure these out as I also have the same small, white, round, double scored pills with no imprint on the other side. Has "PE" imprinted on one side with circles around it, double scored on the other side. Any ideas? Can't find anything about what this may be. ## I can't seem to find any specific details whatsoever about this pill under US search engines, so I'm thinking this could possibly be something that's either been discontinued for quite some time or maybe shipped here from overseas. Did you order this tablet from one of those web-based pharmacies by chance? I only ask because there are happen to be quite a few pills coming in those types of pharmacies located in places like India, that have markings which can't be identified here. Alternatively, but less likely - it could also be an illicit drug, OTC med, or even a dietary supplement. I'd consider having its cont...

I have a round white pill with FR on one side and Double scored on the other. Blue specks are inside the pill. ## I've tried searching for this several times, since I first read your post, but I haven't found anything that matches. The fact that the imprint is rather vague leads me to suspect that this is most likely an over the counter product of some type. Where was it found? Some products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## I found one of the same pills on the bottom of one of my shoes. it scares me to death.. I have a 19 month old walking around picking things up all the time. I have no idea where this came from! ## it's Excedrin, caffeine, asprin, tylenol. Nothing major, but wouldn't wa...

small white scored table with M on one side and 221 on the other side ## The closest I could find to this actually has 3M 221 on the round white tablet with a score mark. 3M Pharmaceuticals lists it as being a 100mgs Norflex tablet, which contains the active ingredient Orphenadrine, which is a muscle relaxant. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and drowsiness. Can you please double check the imprint and post back? Thank you!

Very small white round pill, scored on one side and has the number 20 over the number 79. I think it may be a 5 mg oxycodone. ## Is the marking possibly ZC over 79? Can you please double check and post back? If so, it is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Lamotrigine, which is most commonly used to prevent seizures. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes, and mood swings.

wondering what a small round white pill is? has N and under that 350 and is scored on the other side with no writing on that side ## Hello, Cj! How are you? Can you please double check the imprint and post back? I haven't been able to find anything that matches this description with a score on the opposite side. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

i can not find an answer to my Question, Found a pill and don't know what it is ## Hi Michelle, You may be having a hard time finding information on this tablet, because legitimate "Teva" medications are ALSO accompanied by a set of numbers on either side of the pill (usually three or four digits long). If you have the pill in your possession, I would recommend double checking the imprint, if there is one? If not, then it's probably a sign that it may be fake or counterfeit. I can't guarantee that this is the case, but all the Teva tablets I've personally seen (at least here in the US), also have numbers on them for identification of dosage and substance. You could also try contacting Teva pharmaceuticals directly regarding your inquiry, to see what they have to ...

Round pill, color white, e44 on one side and double scored on the back ## Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Tizanidine hydrochloride (4 mg). However this pill does not have any score marks on it. I am thinking it could be due to a change the manufacturer - (Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc.) made. Tizanidine is used as a muscle relaxant. For more information about this drug, please refer to the link below... If you have any more questions or concerns about this being your pill, please post back and I will be happy to help you.

I have discovered this round pill (about a 1/4 inch thick, white in color) that I would like to identify. On one side, it is blank, and the other side has MB at the top, then a line below that, and below the line is 125. Does anyone have any information about this? If so, your comments are welcome. Thanks! ## Can you please double check the imprint? I have found several tablets that use the MB logo, but nothing with a 125 on it. Where was it found? ## Yeah, I'm sure about everything thing I wrote (how could I NOT be??????)! Anyway, thx4 the reply, but since I posted this, I have already obtained the information I was seeking about it.

I need to know what that pill is too! Did you find out?? ## Hello, John! How are you? Is the marking possibly CPC? Can you please double check? It's the logo used by Contract Pharmacal Corp, they make various over the counter products. For example their 500mg Acetaminophen tablet, which is a generic for Tylenol, is round, white, has CPC over a score line and 546 below the score. Does this match the tablet in question? The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. ## I'm pretty positive it's not CPC. It has a swirled design over the whole front side of the pill and a quarter scored marks on the other side.

54 but they are broke in half. Its not smooth on the other side there is a line right threw the middle of the opposite side. What is this, please help ## Hi Dan, From your description the closest match I'm seeing online is a white round pill marked with 54 111 on one side and scored on the other. It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. But if you could double check the "4" to make sure it's not a "1" that would confirm whether or not Mefloquine is a prime suspect. One thing is for sure though, and that is that the manufacturer of both of these pills starting with 54 and followed by three digits is ...
