I am trying to identify a pill that is white and three sided kind of like a triangle. On one side it is split in half with wc on one side and 142 on the other. I have a small, white, round pill with m 145 imprinted on it. 'm' and '145' are each on their own line, but on same side. Any identification for it would be great. ## That last digit is actually meant to be a 6 but it is hard to see, this is Spironolactone 25mgs, a diuretic.

I found a small white pill with a DZ / 16 on one side nothing on the other. Does anyone know what it is? ## My first guess is that this is either an over the counter or a foreign medication. I say that because I even checked with the US National Institute of Health (nih.gov) and nothing was coming up which matches the imprint DZ 16. May I ask what country you are in? "DZ" almost sounds like it could be a brand of Diazepam, but to my knowledge it does not come in a 16 mg dose. So it is most likely not the case. small round pill withn b325and a line with nothin underneath, and nothing on the otherside ## I was given this pill with a new prescription for the hyoscyamine sulfate pill that I take for difficulty in swallowing and discomfort in the throat area. It is totally different from the one I usually take. That number is E 423, and when I put it under my tongue, it is immediately dissolved and my throat problems are relieved. The B 325 pill is larger, does not dissolve immediately, and I am afraid to take it. Are they for totally different symptoms? Plz help what is this??? ## Hi Rae, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a round white pill marked with "G" over "421" on one side, and blank on the other. There is also a horizontal score line on the side with the markings. This particular pill is identified as a 2.5mg Midodrine HCl tablet; which is used to treat hypotension. If there is in fact a "C" on your pill as well, then I'm not sure what it might be... but if you could please double check the imprint that would be great. NOTE: the size of the pill is also supposed to be approximately 7.00 mm I hope this info helps!
