I found 5 white oblong pills with PH on the left side and 073 on the right side. Any idea what they are? ## Reese Pharmaceutical Company lists this tablet as containing 20mgs of Dextromethorphan and 400mgs of Guaifenesin, it is available over the counter, and used to treat congestion, such as that caused by the common cold. What is this pill? ## I have looked everywhere for information about a white oblong pill that has the impressions of ph 073 on it. No other markings. Pill identifier has no listing nor does poison control. Any assistance is much appreciated. ## Is it possibly PH 063? We have discovered that tablet to be 400mgs of Guaifenesin, a generic or store brand of Mucinex. If it really is PH 073, then it is also more than likely an oTC item, which would explain why it's not in any databases and also why poison control didn't know what it is. OTC items are not required to have their markings logged by the government. From what I've researched, I can definitely vouch that this is a generic form of Mucinex, known as Chest Congestion Relief DM. It reportedly contains 20mgs of Dextromethorphan hydrobromide + 400mgs of Guaifenesin. It has a print of VP50 on one side and nothing on the other side. ## @Whitaker, Based on your description, the closest match I could find was a white oblong shaped pill marked with VP 120 on one side and blank on the other. It's reportedly identified as a Sulfamethoxazole (800mg) + Trimethoprim (160mg) DS tablet, used for treating a variety of bacterial infections. I realize the imprint isn't spot on, but because they are very similar, I have a strong feeling that they could be made by the same manufacturer (Vista Pharmaceuticals). Can someone please help me out... I'm 20 years old, also married with a 2 year old. I've been trying to get my 42 year old dad to stop his drug habit. Since I have been little he has been doing drugs...first pain pills...then 250 mg of methadone but going to the clinic & getting take homes also... Of course..... it was supposed to be a white pill, levothyroxine 50 mcg. however I received green oblong pill with 9 and 3 on one side and 7 3 6 5 onb the other side. the size is also bigger than the white pill I took for years ## Wow! It's a very good thing that you noticed. A green, oblong tablet with 93 on one side and 7365 on the other is a 50mg Losartan tablet. This is an ARB that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Learn more Losartan details here. I double checked to be sure, but there aren't any green, oblong Levothyroxine tablets with the 93 imprint on them. I believe your pharmacy made an error. Have you contacted them?

White oval oblong pill with imprints ph 73 ## I'm sorry, but I can't find any listed for a pill with these markings. However, this could be due to the fact that the PH logo is used on over the counter products and they are not required to list those imprints with the FDA. Where was it found? Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

Dose any one know what this is? ## This tablet does contain 240mgs of Verapamil in a time released formulation. It is common for pharmacies to switch the pills they provide, depending on which manufacturer was offering the cheapest price at the time they needed to restock their supply.
