What is this? Is it a xanax? or what? i found it in my kids room and I'm conerned about them for my kids safety. Please help asap. Thank you! ## Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a white oblong pill marked "M 123" on one side, with a partial (vertical) score line on both sides of the pill. This can make it appear as if there are 4 score lines. This particular pill is identified as Valacyclovir hydrochloride (1 gram); which is used to treat herpes virus infections. Manufacturer: Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 00378-4276 Is there any chance that the "G" may actually be an "M"? I hope this helps!

It looks to be a slightly larger, oblong white pill, broken in half with only an imprint of the letter U showing ## Hi Shauna, From what I can tell, the closest thing I'm seeing as far as a possible match is concerned, is a white oblong shaped pill marked with "U 0 3" on one side and scored on the other. If this is the correct pill you'd probably also be able to see half of a "0" to the right of the "U". This one in particular is a generic Norco 10/325 tablet. However there are other white pills I'm seeing which have a "U" on one half of the tablet (being divided by a score line); whereas if you were to break it in half you'd only see a "U" and nothing else.... they are just oval shaped and not necessarily elongated AND oval so I w...

White oblong pill no markings - looks like it could be generic lortab 10. Can u help? ## I don't care what shape or color they are - Any controlled substance "will" have a code number always... Also, it will be scored for breaking in half. You can take this to the bank. ## Keith is correct about the marking, however, that is only true if they are manufactured and/or approved in the U.S. If they have no imprint, they can be ruled out as being a legal U.S. prescription medication. However, the score mark is not actually required on them, or on any other tablets. Where were they found? ## I purchased Tylenol with Codeine in Canada that are white and have no markings on them whatsoever. ## I just got these white oblong pills with no markings. Does this pill contain sulfur and is it an over the counter pill? What is it good for? ## Hello George, I was unable to find anything that matches this description. Would it possible for you to give me slightly more detail on the imprint? How are the letters and numbers spaced and where on the pill are they located? Is there a score on the pill? Does the pill look like it has a coating or is it grainy and easy to break apart? Hopefully by getting some of this info I might have better luck finding the information that you're searching for.

White, oblong, imprinted MP 273, looks like blue specks dots all over, all white when cut in half. I ordered 37.5 mg Phentermine, not sure that is what I got. ## Where did you order the pills from? The description of the pill sounds like phentermine (white with blue speckels), but the imprint does not sound correct. With the markings you describe, unfortunately there might be a chance that those pills are something else. I've even heard of people saying that they got Generic Soma in the mail with the same imprints. I could definitely be wrong though. Hope this info helps a bit. ## I also orderd phentermine37.5 mg and I had never recieved this kind of phentermine long blue specks, break in half white in side with MP 273 on it. is this a real substitute for Norco/10/325 this does not seem to be as effective as Norco brand name. and costs three times more. Why? ## Is the marking possibly a 126? If so, then yes, it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, but there can be slight fluctuations in generic medications, so you may be getting a little less of the active ingredient than you were in the other tablets. found a half of an oblong white pill with the numbers 99 (I think) or possibly 66 on floor in sons bathroom...WHAT IS THIS PILL? There is nothing on the other side. Can't see a score line either, break is jagged ## Based on a possible imprint of "66", this could be a number of different pills. Listed below are two pills that I felt came closest to your description: There is a white oblong shaped pill marked "M366" on one side and blank on the other. This is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone (325mg/7.5mg); also known as Vicodin. There is another white oblong pill marked "IP 466" on side and blank on the other. This is Ibuprofen (800mg). I have a white oblong shaped pill scored to break into 2 large chunks on the ends and 2 smaller in the middle. the number 718 is written on it and it looks like an M or W logo...any ideas? ## Is there a chance that the marking is 713 instead of 718? I think I located a match, but the marking shows 713 W (it is also white and oblong). The number 3 can appear to be an 8 in some cases, so I thought it would be worth a shot. The pill with this marking is identified as Cefprozil (500 mg). It is used to treat bronchitis, ear infections, skin infections, and other bacterial infections. If this doesn't sound like the pill you have, please post back and I'll try searching other sources.

Wife had prescription for Percocet which was substituted by CVS with a small white oblong pill with A 333 on one side and no identification and no "line" for breaking in two on the other side, but identified on bottle and circular as "10-325". After root canal, pill has been relatively ineffective only overriding pain for about an hour and caused nausea and vomiting when second pill taken 4 very long hours later. After a day of suffering, switched to hydrocodone 7.5-300 at 10am when ineffectiveness of 6am oxycodone 10-325 on second day had wife in tears again.
