Hi, I take kelnor. I've been on it for about 3 months now. I have never missed a pill. But I was wondering if I was am okay to not take the pill at the exact same time everyday. I take it before I go to sleep. I don't always go to sleep at the same time. Is this okay? It's within a couple hours. Should I start taking it at the exact same time? I took them for 3 cycles and have again started it from the last cycle after a gap of about 5months. But recently I have started spotting. I had periods after a gap of 2 months. I started with little bleeding. Flow got heavier and with clots as days proceeded. I am using ETOSYS on advice by doctor since 10 days. I am taking Yamini LS for birth control 28 days .. this is my 3rd month and in this week i often forget to take the pill every third day .. now should I stop the pill and wait for periods or shall continue at as prescribed .. Secondly on tablet pack 28 tablet ..my doctor suggested me to take 4 days gap after 28 pills and restart but if I miss continuous 2 days and I have to stop medicine in that case till my periods 4 days.. can I continue taking pills from last remaining tablets packet or Shud start a new packet?

I'm on my second pack of the pills and I've been taking them everyday around the same time. I probably shouldn't let there be a time gap on weekends but I take them when I wake up, which is a few hours after my normal time during the week. Would that mess up the effectiveness of the pill? Was just put on Tri-Lo Sprintec after being on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo for 10 years... It says you have the option of a Sunday start date, which you start the first Sunday after you start your period unless you start your period on Sunday - in which case you take it the same day. I started my period on Sunday, but didn't pick up my prescription until Tuesday. Can I still start this coming Sunday, or do I now have to wait a month? ## Well, really if you were just switching from one prescription to another, you shouldn't have had any gap in taking it, you should have just continued with the new pill in place of the old one. How is Betarvert different from Vertin? I developed terrible 'vertigo' 6 weeks ago for the first time, set off by exercising after a gap of several months. Accompanied by debilitating nausea. Took Vertin first, for a few days;didnt make a difference. Then was treated symptomatically with Emeset - nausea went away - felt so much better. I was told just to ease up on exercising. I have excruciating pain in back 3 herniation 1 pressing on siatic nerve rt leg pain complete nerve damage down rt leg. Started using this medication (Apo Sulfatrim Ds 800 160 Mg) on October 22, 2014 twice a day (gap of 7 to 8 hrs.) with food & 30 oz water. Also I take doxycycline 100 MG (half pill) either 1 hour before or 2 hrs. after I eat with 12 oz water. Take vitamins with 12 oz orange juice. Totat input of fluids between 50 to 60 oz. - since and after I stated using Apo sulatrim, I am gradually losing appetie. sometimes do not eating. I have been on rox and oxy for the past 10 years before all this drama started. Back when you could find out if the pharm could fill the script via phone. My Dr. is obviously the one privy to my medical records and therefore is thoroughly informed of my condition, and is most qualified to prescribe what is necessary. Lately Pharmacists are playing God while simultaneously failing the medical community especially the people that are in severe pain. A Pharm now trumps any MD or specialists (when a pharmacist can't even write a script lacking a medical degree) .WTF!
