What is the equivalent of norco 10 mg to Tylenol W codeine, is it a #3 or #4 ? ## Hi brian, I'd recommend double checking this with your doctor first just to make sure it's accurate, but according various opiate conversion charts I viewed online, 10mgs of Hydrocodone has an estimated equivalency to about 60mgs of Codeine. And in that respect Norco 10/325 should be similar to Tylenol #4; which has 60mgs of Codeine + 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Does anyone else find this to be true based on personal experience?

Norco is the brand name by Watson for 10mg Hydrocodone and 325mg of acetaminophen, they also make the generic. Norco is yellow in color and caplet shaped.Originally it was only 10mg, now it's 7.5 and 5, hydrocodone and the same Tylenol in all. Has no codiene in it. I am trying to find out how many Tylenol codein 300-30 I would need to take to be equilivant to Norco 10-325 ? Ok here it goes. I have been in pain management for several years for rsd. I am legally prescribed norco 10/325 and ms contin 30 mg. My lovely 19 yr old son stole my scripts. I had an old legally prescribed script for Tylenol 3 for a tooth extraction pmdr knows about them was told when i got them a yr ago. I have half of norco and 1 ms left. Today is Sunday my appointment is Tuesday. I will be tested. I have never failed a pee test before. I am sure the codeine will probably show. Not sure what to do about that. Also want other meds to show so need to know when to take them. Any advice? ## And for future reference i have went out and bought a locking safe that will be kept in my room with my meds in from now on. I just need to get through this
