What snacks can I take with my doze since the bottle instructs not to take antacids, vitamins, iron, or dairy products within 2 of taking this medication...... ## This seems pretty unavoidable, since just about all food naturally contains vitamins and minerals or is fortified with them. So I can only assume that the package is referring to 'supplements' when they mention vitamins or iron. It would probably be fine to just have some trail mix or even bananas, since most people seem to tolerate fruit well. I hope this helps!

Yes, those can be normal side effects. I have to wonder what the reason was for their prescribing it? If you had food poisoning, or something similar, then an antibiotic isn't going to help, they are only effective against infections.
