I need help gaining weight. I've lost too much and am feed up with it. The worst part is that now my family is trying to claim I do not eat at all and suggesting I eat every three hours. I do eat. Second, there is no medication that will miraculously help you gain weight. Products that claim to do this as vitamin or herbal supplements that are not actually proven to help with anything. If you are a tiny person who wishes to gain weight, your best bet is to follow a proper diet and exercise regimen. Even doing that, some people are just naturally small, so your weight may not change. Regardless of what I try, I can't top 115 pounds and have just accepted that. Hi i Have Hypo Thyroid, since from 1 year am keep on gaining my weight.. every time i consult the Dr. he increase the dosage of it from 25 mcg to 100 mcg and Sat & Sun he made 200 mcg.
