white scored GE320 ## This is 320mg Factive. It is an antibiotic commonly used to treat pneumonia or bronchitis. Side effects include diarrhea, headache, confusion. ## You know, it is so nice to have someone else here with me now, so when I am offline for a day or so, the boards aren't swamped with a bunch of people getting frustrated because they didn't get their answers yet. That is what I used to deal with here all the time. Yesterday, was a bad day for me, and I just wasn't able to get back online after I got back from my doc's appointment Nene. You won't believe what I did, well yeah, you probably will believe it, talk about forgetful though, geez. I knew we had to leave here by 9 as our family doc's office is over an hour and a half away from us, and you ne...

Help this brand is making me sick! Oxycodone + Acetaminophen (Imprint: WES 203) 10/325. Does nothing for my pain, making me itch and feel sick, on top of that it's messing with my depression. I have informed CVS and was told they couldn't do anything, called my doctor and he was willing to call in another script but CVS didn't contact him and he was waiting to talk to the pharmacist. That was Thursday around 4:15 don't know what happened but my doctor never talked to them r me and it's now Sunday. Any information? ## Your doctor doesn't have to wait for the pharmacy to contact him, he can initiate contact, or even just send over a different prescription. Have you heard anything, yet? Some side effects, such as depression, are normal, according to FDA reports. Thi...

Is lortab 10 / 325 weaker than lortab 10 / 500 ## Hello, Jim! How are you? Yes and no, the amount of Acetaminophen in it is lower and the ones with the higher doses are no longer available. This medication was changed and all formulations that are now available can only contain a maximum of 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose. However, the Acetaminophen augments the action of the narcotic for some people, so the one with the higher amount of it may work better for them, but it doesn't work that way for everyone, so for some people these might basically be equivalent, since they both contain 10mgs of the Hydrocodone. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, d...

I checked three pharmacies and none carry butalbital manufactured by westward. I am told it is on back order with no specific date. Is it discontinued? Also, I was given MIA110 as substitute but it doesn't work as well. Any reason why that would be? ## Hi Mary, According to Medscape, Butalbital has been discontinued. However, I don't know which manufacturer it's referring to and I have yet to come across any other specific details that support this claim. You could try contacting Westward Pharmaceuticals directly if you're looking to hear it straight from the source. Their Customer Service can be reached at: 1-800-631-2174 Regarding MIA 110, it does contain Acetaminophen + Butalbital + Caffeine in the same listed dosages as Westward 787. So it could just be that you'...

Was getting these in A larger yellow tablet and was suprised to open my bottle this month and find this smaller different looking white pill. Now I wonder if it is as good as the yellow I have been taking ?? Or have I been switched to a less effective generic by my pharmacist bcuz he samed money on a batch of something that is not going to work as well for me ## Hello, Larry! How are you? These tablets are listed as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Oxycodone, the active ingredients in Percocet or Roxicet. Which generic your pharmacy carries may change, at any given time, depending on which manufacturer was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause si...

The pills only have L 484 one them. It seems to not work well. My bp is staying up with pain. Do I have a bad drug? ## Hi Lynn, it's normal 4 someone's BP to rise if they r in pain. It's happened 2 me and other people I know. How long have u been on the medication? I would call the Doctor and let he/she know that it's not helping. And, u can also mention your BP. ## Hello, Lynn! How are you doing? I am very sorry that you're in pain. However, I think the issue is likely due to the fact that these tablets do not contain any Oxycodone, at all. These are nothing more than a generic Extra Strength Tylenol that's available over the counter. They contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and drowsiness. Who told you they were Percocet?...

Just wanting to confirm the ID of a blue tab West-Ward 787 ## Yes, this contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine, it is commonly used to treat migraine headaches. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and stomach irritation. ## WOULD TAKING BUTAL/ACETAMN/CF CAUSE MY DIASTOLIC TO DROP? I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, SO CONCERNED, HAD TO TAKE TWO TODAY.

I was prescribed hydrocodone 5/325 APAP and now I'm prescribed 5/325. No APAP on the bottle. It seems it's not as strong. Is there difference ? ## There is no difference. Apap is short for Acetaminophen . ## @Viking, BL is correct, there is no difference in the name. However the difference in strength that you're noticing could very well be attributed to the different set of inactive ingredients used in each manufacturer's version of this medication; since they have been proven to affect overall bioavailability. Additionally, when it comes to generic meds (such as this one), rumor has it that the FDA permits manufacturers to have a leeway of plus or minus 20% in peak plasma concentrations, compared to brand names. This may mean that there are only 4 active milligrams out...

I can't find where I can get this prescription filled in the Boynton beach area do you know who had this in stock ## Hello, Gail! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. Which medication, Norco or Percocet? This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. And would that be Boynton Beach in Florida? Since this website is open to everyone worldwide, it's best to be specific, in order to get help with your problem. Can you please post back and clarify? Can you take a Westward 325 and Percocet 10 at the same time? ## Hi Gabby, I was unable to identify the "westward 325" pill you mentioned. Is it a generic Vicodin with 325mgs of Acetaminophen? If so, I wouldn't recommend taking Percocet (Oxycodone) with Hydrocodone, just because of the additive effect and not knowing how "your" body is going to react to it. Some people may take them together no problem, depending on the dosages; so I would assess your tolerance levels before taking a full dose together, if that is in fact Hydrocodone you're referring to... I hope this helps!

It seems there is hardly any pain medication in my normally strong enough norco (10/325). Have they done something to it? Frustrated! ## They are weaker they took out the Tylenol and acetaminophen ## What are the markings on the tablets in question? If they are 10/325, they do still contain Tylenol/Acetaminophen, however you may have received tablets from a different manufacturer, which could also make a difference. Can you please post back and clarify? The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

I just went through surgery. Prior to surgery I was given a generic of Percocet - IP203 , after I received plain pill, no letters but 512 on one side, what is the difference, if any please as I am concerned. Thank You ## Both "IP 203" and "512" contain the same two active ingredients Acetaminophen 325mg + Oxycodone hydrochloride 5mg. The primary noticable differences between these two pills are the different manufacturers they are made by, as well as each pill containing different inactive ingredients or fillers. Inactive ingredients or fillers can effect how efficiently the drug is absorbed into your system and therefore determine how effective it might be over another similar pill with different inactive ingredients. Inactive Ingredients in IP 203: silicon dioxide cros...

Does this med a diuretic? ## Hi Bob, You didn't specify whether or not you were referring to Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen or Oxycodone and Acetaminophen. However, neither of these meds are classified as diuretics. Both are actually narcotic analgesic combinations, used to treat chronic pain. Were you experiencing an increased frequency of urination after taking these pills? I wonder if it could possibly be a side effect. You can learn more about diuretics on the page for Diuretic Details I hope this helps!

not sure what these are-they're white, about as big around as an asprin, with WATSON 932 on one side & nothing on the other side,I had them in a bottle of pain pills & Im thinking they must be some kind of pain medican. ## is this a percocet? ## Yes, this is generic percocet, called oxycodone and acetaminophen. However, it has 10mg of oxycodone in it where as the typical percocet has only 5mg, (percocet does come in 10mg oxycodone and 325mg of acetaminophen though.) This oxycodone has 325mg of acetaminophen in it as well. It is a schedule two narcotic, therefore, it has the potential for real addiction. It is used for moderate to severe pain and can cause drowsiness, dizziness, euphoria, constipation, nausea. Alcohol will really intensify these symptoms. ## theyre are 10 mg p...

I've recently heard that a certain pharmacy is under investigation for distributing fake meds. Well I recently got some percocet 10/325 and they have a high shine coating that tastes sweet. This is funny because they usually taste terrible. Has something changed? FYI - they relieve some of my pain but not completely like before and it seems like I am having slight withdrawals symptoms; runny nose, yawning a lot. ## Some manufacturers do use sweetened coatings to help prevent that horrible taste and to protect your stomach from the harshness of some medications. What are the markings on these ones? That is what would enable me to double check the details for you. Can you please post back and clarify? Thank you! what is it used for ## Do you mean Balacet 325? If so then you can read information about this medicine on that page. Hope this helps! ## This medication contained Dextroproxyphene, and Acetaminophen. It was removed from the market several years ago, due to the risk it created of cardiac events, and overdose, some of which were fatal. The FDA also warned that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
