Help this brand is making me sick! Oxycodone + Acetaminophen (Imprint: WES 203) 10/325. Does nothing for my pain, making me itch and feel sick, on top of that it's messing with my depression. This medication was changed and all formulations that are now available can only contain a maximum of 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose. However, the Acetaminophen augments the action of the narcotic for some people, so the one with the higher amount of it may work better for them, but it doesn't work that way for everyone, so for some people these might basically be equivalent, since they both contain 10mgs of the Hydrocodone. I checked three pharmacies and none carry butalbital manufactured by westward. I am told it is on back order with no specific date. Is it discontinued? Can you take a Westward 325 and Percocet 10 at the same time? ## Hi Gabby, I was unable to identify the "westward 325" pill you mentioned. Is it a generic Vicodin with 325mgs of Acetaminophen? If so, I wouldn't recommend taking Percocet (Oxycodone) with Hydrocodone, just because of the additive effect and not knowing how "your" body is going to react to it. Some people may take them together no problem, depending on the dosages; so I would assess your tolerance levels before taking a full dose together, if that is in fact Hydrocodone you're referring to... I just went through surgery. Prior to surgery I was given a generic of Percocet - IP203 , after I received plain pill, no letters but 512 on one side, what is the difference, if any please as I am concerned. Does this med a diuretic? ## Hi Bob, You didn't specify whether or not you were referring to Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen or Oxycodone and Acetaminophen. However, neither of these meds are classified as diuretics. Both are actually narcotic analgesic combinations, used to treat chronic pain. Were you experiencing an increased frequency of urination after taking these pills? I wonder if it could possibly be a side effect. I've recently heard that a certain pharmacy is under investigation for distributing fake meds. Well I recently got some percocet 10/325 and they have a high shine coating that tastes sweet. This is funny because they usually taste terrible. Has something changed?
