What time of the day should this tablet be taken? ## It should be consumed in morning before breakfast. in most cases 1, 40 mg tab in a day. ## I have too much gas in my GI tract, like farts mostly at night time and my stomach feels full even if I eat very little. My friend told me to take pan 40 on an empty stomach. What exactly is this for? ## Try this natural way: Drink good amount of water 1 hr before food. DO NOT DRINK any water for at least 1-2 hr after food. Only if required, take max a sip or so during food thats it. After 2 hrs drink as much water as you like. It must be very difficult in the beginning to adapt to this system but you will get used to this in couple days. No harm in trying this natural method for a couple weeks. Dropped my 20mg Roxicodone in rainwater and it dissolved completely in 44mL. How can I dry the rainwater out of it in hopes of salvaging my medication? ## Hi - I’m not sure if I fully understand the question, but I think the short answer is “you can’t”. I don’t think you could reconstitute the pill, or evaporate the rainwater and ingest any powder that’s left. I think the best you could do is swallow the dissolved pill with the rainwater. ## I don’t think you can and I wouldn’t recommend drinking the rain water because that’s how you get parasites. It’s really a shame that if something like this happens, we have to suffer because there isn’t an extra pale as a buffer to replace this one. I’m sorry. ## As the others ...

I lived in a cold place since a long time now we have shifted to chennai and here is too hot due to climate change i am suffering from fever, stomach pain, loose motions,vomiting..i have vomited for more than 10 times even if i drink a sip of water it is coming out instantly..please help me what to do?? ## Hi Samy, I'm so sorry to hear about what you're dealing with. My guess is that you may be experiencing heat stroke. I would try applying some peppermint oil to your stomach and chest area (be sure to dilute it by mixing it with a type of oil or unscented lotion, I prefer olive or coconut oil). Also, adding a couple drops of the peppermint to some ice cold water should help to cool your body down. You may continue to vomit, but the oil should still be able to get into your blood ...

My mother is a COPD patient for many years. She is under treatment for many years too. She is 84+. At present she has swelling on both her feet which is also painful. I took her to her Nephrologist who saw all her reports and said that all her reports are good and there is nothing wrong with her kidneys. Since her lungs are bad it is putting pressure on her heart which is also not functioning very well, hence d water retention n swelling. He has prescribed tablet "Q Shine" which he says is good for both heart and lungs. Want to know if there are any side effects? ## Have you taken your mother to a cardiologist? Hence it is meant to be taken to temporarily drive away symptoms of allergies like a runny nose, itching and watering of the eyes. Don't think it helps any with fever and body pains. Take a paracetamol to deal with that. Side effect is mainly drowsiness but might cause a heavy head and headache. Won't affect ur fertility or chances of pregnancy. Not to worry. Best to consult ur physician though! ## I think i m pregnant n suffering from cold allergy so can i take Okacet cold. ## ...

Normally, they are taken on an empty stomach, just before a meal, with a full 8 ounce glass of water, that way they have time to start working to control your blood sugar, by the time you have finished eating. Levothyroxine With Plenty Water; how much is plenty? ## Yes, that is a pretty ambiguous statement, however, the reason they word it that way is because many people take medications with just a sip of water, not realizing that they work better and disperse more quickly in your body if they are taken with larger amounts of liquids. Thus, unless your doctor instructs you otherwise, you should take it with, at least, 8 ounces of water. Are there any other questions?

Some Wikoryl suspensions contain Caffeine as well. Looking at each individual ingredient: Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is a widely used over-the-counter pain reliever and a fever reducer. Chlorpheniramine relieves red, itchy, watery eyes; sneezing; itchy nose or throat; and runny nose caused by allergies, hay fever, and the common cold. Chlorpheniramine helps control the symptoms of cold or allergies but will not treat the cause of the symptoms or speed recovery. Phenylephrine is used to relieve nasal discomfort caused by colds, allergies, and hay fever. It is also used to relieve sinus congestion and pressure. Ph...
