Helo doctor .. i m suffering from hair loss from about last 2 -3 months .. and may be this due to chemicaly treated hair as i hav done coloring and rebonding many times . But this time hair fall is v much and is not controlling . A doctor gave vita q ten is it suitable to eat and what shuld i do to stop my hair fall m really worried about it

Can I take 500mg vitamin B12 tablets for a month straight? On one tablet a day, I had a low level of vitamin B12 due to poor absorption. My current level of B12 is around 350 but I still experience numbness in my hands when I sleep on my sides. So I cant sleep on my side. I had blocks in the heart and two metallic stents have been fixed therefor.I am also suffering from HCV virus problem. Is it safe for me to take tendocare without dislocating the stents? I would like to know the way in which this tablet (Anofer) helps me regulate my periods? ## Anofer is reported to be a multivitamin which contains Carbonyl Iron + Calcium Citrate + Multivitamin + Sodium Docusate. That being said, I'm not sure how it would regulate periods, since this is meant to be a vitamin supplement. Did you see a naturalist doctor who recommended this? Of course, it is possible that taking certain nutrients can have desired effects on the body. It does sound like the ingredients are intended for women because they tend to need iron and calcium, especially around the menstrual cycle. Hope this helps!

I am taking myrin p forte and I am noticing that my urine color is red and my hands and feet remain hot which irritate me. And I feel hot every time. I am man, 48yrs. Its about 3 month had 2nd degree burns on face & neck. Was hospitalized & skin grafting done on the neck as skin was split. Initially after surgery done & dressing removed the skin was fresh & tender. But with after as days passed there used to be skin getting stuck to each other. Hospital given Bepanthane cream to be massaged on the neck. I continue using same. Not much relief I find. What is the conversion to iu's in 250 mg of vitamin A ## 250mg of Vitamin A converts over to 833250 IU. I'm not certain however if that would be 833 IU rounded to the nearest tenth, or if it is 833,250 IU. My guess is that it's 833 IU.
