My grandmother used the "orginal" Bengay when I was a kid, for head colds, chest colds and it ALWAYS worked.. Where can I find the ORGINAL BENGAT? ## I really have no answer for you, I wasn't even aware that the formula had changed over the years. The product is manufactured by Johnson&Johnson and you could call them to ask, the number is 800-223-0183 Are you sure it was Bengay she used and not something else?

When do mommy's take an isoxilan tablet? As i've heard mommy can only take the medicine if she feels pain..But the doctor says take it 3x a day? Should i take it during if i feel pain or just take it 3x a day coz the OB gyne prescribed it? ## Isoxsuprine is used to relax the uterus and smooth muscles, therefore, it is intended to be taken to prevent premature labor. Thus, you should take it 3 times a day, just as your doctor prescribed. Otherwise, if you are having a problem that causes the risk of premature labor, by the time you are feeling the pain, it could be too late to take it and stop you from going into labor early. Most medications work best when they are in the body, in a regular, steady level. Are there any other questions? ## ask ko lng isoxilan kc ung bngy sakin ng...

My husband began the entire process with Prepopik at 6:00 pm and another dose at 2:00 am before his procedure at 9:30 am. It's now 6:44 am about 12 hours since the first dose and NO ACTION YET! OMG! Now what? Cancel procedure that takes forever to schedule? We will not waste money on a procedure if my husband is not cleaned out! Prepopik is not working! ## Hi Judy, Sorry to hear about your husband's experience with Prepopik... It seems to work well for some individuals and not very promising for others. If you have a spare moment I'd encourage you to browse through the following "Prepopik Discussion Thread" here for advice and opinions from those who've already taken it. I realize your post was from about a month ago, but hopefully some comments in there will hel...

Hi everybody I suffer from crohns disease and my levels of pain are off the charts sometimes, it gets real unbearable, I am taking 4mg dilaudid pills 3x a day because I can only afford to see a general doctor, at the moment I have no insurance and paying for prednisone and 6-mp is beyond expensive. My doc won't give me dillys more than 3x a day because he is scared I will get addicted but I take these pills and the pain gets even worse, what am I to do, he told me I'm at a deadend in pain management with him because that's the most he can prescribe, but when I tell him it makes the pain worse he looks at me like I'm crazy but its true it makes it worse.. Has anyone else had a problem with this? What else is there that maybe I can see if he can switch it to? I just want t...

My mom is 78 and recently started with panic attacks and depression. Her doc put her on Cilift. She has been on for 2 weeks now and still no change except her hands shake and she is at time neaseous. How long till the Cilift kicks in and will the symptoms/side effects go away. She has high blood pressure which is being treated. Thank you ## This is Citalopram an antidepressant. They normally take 30 to 45 days to start working fully. This drug under that brand name Cilift is not available in the US. However the Citalopram is available.in the US. ## Rb is correct, most medications take at least a month to reach their full effectiveness. If there is no improvement after that time, she will need to consult with her doctor. As to the side effects, they normally taper off in a few weeks, onc...

How does this pill work? I am the caretaker for my mom who has type 2 diabetes. Sometimes, when she stays home because she does not feel like attending the daycare she is reluctant for me to call the home health agency to come and inject her insulin which is at 13 units per day. I have had incidents where she has raised BSL close to 600 range and I start panicking !! Is this pill fast acting? the issue with my mum is that she won't eat same amounts day to day. So, I have to be constant monitoring the blue pill intake. I worry she might have a stroke when showing this BSL. She always says she feels fine when it happens but I believe the inside of her body is the one in danger. Any suggestions and comments are appreciated. Thank you.... ## Well, one solution would be to learn how to i...

Hi all! I'm new here, but not new to constipation... However, I only got my first *prescription* medication to treat it a week ago when my new PCP finally related enough to my digestive woes and the frustration that comes from years of living through the futile cycle of Miralax, MoM bombs, evil teas, and throwing my hands in the air. She gave me samples of Linzess (low and high dose) and thoroughly educated me on how to take it properly, along with a fair warning to remain near the bathroom those first few days. Honestly, I was pumped! And I know beyond a shadow of a doubt I've taken, and stored, this medicine correctly because I was all in on making this work, as gruesome as those first days might be. But alas, radio silence. I started with the low dose a week ago (a Wednesday)...

I have a 4 week old baby on nevirapine at the clinic. They also gave me ilvitrim, so I just want to know if that is the same thing or must I get nevirapine as well? ## Hello, Lu! How are you and your baby? Is your baby HIV positive or negative? If they are negative, then normally just the Ilvitrim is given, the Nevirapine is an antiviral that's used to treat an HIV infection. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. ## Can I give my baby the ilvitrim suspension at anytime or must he drink it at the same time everyday? The doctor didn't explain this to me. Also, are ilvitrim tablets the same as nevirapine? ## hi i am hiv positive mom and on exclusive breestfeeding and my child was tested negativ...

I was a scatter-brained mom of two young children, couldn't concentrate, organize, plan, or function at all beyond bare minimal survival. Within a day of starting Vyvanse under my doctor's supervision, I became a whole new person. I was functional again! I could finally sit down and play a board game with my daughter. I was happy, energetic, organized, I could accomplish several major tasks each day rather than only one a day or none at all which had been the case before. I rekindled my love for exercising. Over the course of two years since I began taking Vyvanse, I've transformed from a braindead, overweight stay-at-home mom to a healthy, happy 3.5 GPA college student and a thin, muscular yoga instructor. But the second year has been rougher because the medication's ef...

I accidentally took a 2nd dose of my 60mg vyvanse daily dosage. I had completely forgotten I had already taken it earlier. I am 135 lbs. and a stay at home mother. Will I be okay? Please advise. ## Hello, JMarie! How are you doing? Did anything happen? In cases such as this, you should always contact your doctor or poison control. While there are always people online, like myself, that are happy to help, if we can, we cannot administer life saving aid, if that is what's required. This is a stimulant, so an overdose does have the potential to be dangerous, it could cause a dangerously elevated heart rate and hypertension, so it's not something to be taken lightly. ## Sounds like the vyvanse isn't working if u forgot u took it in the first place.

I just started Testim today after being diagnosed with Low-T. Not sure what my tested levels were at the moment, but have a call into my Dr to get this info. My wife is very concerned with this drug. She has read that it is dangerous to her and my 6 year old daughter. My first dose (1%) was this morning and I followed the instructions for application. I have noted a strong smell on my hands and I am afraid to touch anything much less my daughter. I am wearing a shirt, but my wife is still nervous about it. What can I tell my wife that would ease her concerns? I want to give this treatment a chance. I have weak erections, I have been gaining weight in which I thought was normal, decrease in muscle mass, trouble concentrating at work, etc…. At first I thought I was ADD or something ...
