Timentin Ticarcillin + Clavulanic Acid

Ticarcillin/clavulanic acid, or co-ticarclav, is a combination antibiotic consisting of ticarcillin, a β-lactam antibiotic, and clavulanic acid, a β-lactamase inhibitor. I have been on Pristiq for a couple of years now beginning on 50 mg then up to 100 mg for depression and anxiety. I am now experiencing some difficulty with time. For example I may be creating a flyer to send out which should take 30 minutes tops but before I know it 2 hours have passed and I have no idea why it has taken me this long. I look at the document and it is definitely not 2 hours worth of work. It is really weird and very unsettling. It is happening more and more and my ability to rationalise seems to be getting worse. Went to dr today and his answer is to increase dosage to 200 mg. Any thoughts out there? ## That's very odd and not something I've seen noted in the medication or information, or from other users. I've been on Mobic for three days now,how long will it take for me to see if it's working. I have severe back problems. ## Hello, Patty! How are you? I'm sorry that you're in pain. The FDA classifies this as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so similar to Advil or Motrin, it should start to have some effect within 15 to 20 minutes of taking it, though it may take about 4 weeks, before it reaches its full level of efficacy in your body. Have you gotten any pain relief, at all, from it? Typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

When prescribed most common drugs you either are given one tablet 3 times a day or one tablet 4 times a day to take . I was told that tablets are taken on a 12 hour cycle if so that would mean one tablet 3 times a day would be one every 4 hours (3 x 4 =12) so one 4 times a day would be one every 3 hours (4 x 3 = 12) IS THIS CORRECT. Thank you ## what is the dosage of daflon 500 mg? is it twice a day? ## Should I take 2 tablets at a time or 4? ## Each pill is 3MG. I was told to take 4 pills a day. So, should take all 4 together , 2 and 2. I am talking about taking Stromectol 3 MG ## I was in the DR in September. Started itching end of October. Still itching. It was over a month before the doctor finally diagnosed me as having scabies. I have taken 3 doses of stromectol in the past two we...

My partner has been on lexam 20mg for over 4 years. Is it ok to be on it for that long? ## Hello, Cass! How are you? The FDA lists this medication as containing the active ingredient Escitalopram, which is an SSRI antidepressant. And yes, they can continue taking it, as long as their doctor approves. Some people require such medications for most of their lives. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight gain. Is there anything else I can help with?

My Dr. Tested me today. I have been taking coumadin for over one month @ 5mg one day, then 6 for two, and repeating. My level was 300! That seems high to me as my goal was 200. My Dr. Told me he didn't need to see me for a whole month now, and I am concerned my levels will keep going up! Any feedback? Thank you! ## Hi Zena, If I had this concern I'd probably give my doctor a call about it right away, just to be on the safe side. However for reference, I did come across an article on PubMed that may help explain what prothrombin time levels are considered to be in the normal range. And apparently if you are taking Coumadin to prevent clotting, it is likely that your doctor will want your INR levels to be somewhere between 2.0 and 3.0 (I'm thinking this translates to 200 or 30...

If taking b.i.d. what time should I take it. ## B.I.D. means Bis in Die, latin for twice in a day, so you should take it every 12 hours. There would no specific time to start the med, you should pick a time convenient for you that will help you remember to take it, for instance, if you arise for to get ready for work at 7am, you could take it then, then take the next dose at 7pm when you know you will still be awake to take it. ## Actually with diabetes medications such is this it might be advisable to take the first dose with breakfast and the last dose with supper. Today was my first day taking birth control ever I took the pill at nine this morning but I want to take it at night. Can I take it at seven tomorrow night? ## Ye, when you're just starting, it's really not going to make a big difference to delay the next one by a few hours. If you're on your period, because you started it the first day of it, it'll make no difference, at all. If you're not, because you started it at some other point in your cycle, then just be a little extra cautious and wait until you've taken 7 in a row at the new 7pm time, before risking unprotected intercourse. Is there anything else I can help with? ## No that was it thank you:)

I am taking antenolo for blood pressure. Lately my blood pressure has been below 100. It was at 85. I have also been cold. I stop taking the antenolo and blood pressure went up to 132/75 and my pulse was 98. Should I stop taking the antenolo. I believe I am taking it to lower my blood pressure. Thanks ## Those can be normal side effects of this medication, according to the FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, and increased urination. Rather than stopping it, however, it would be best to speak to your doctor about perhaps adjusting your dosage, or trying a different medication. Is this the only medication you are taking?

I am starting my suboxone treatment tomorrow after I'm into the ever dreaded WD's. My 1st prescription is for 8 mg. 1/2 a pill every hour until the symptoms have subsided. I have been taking 14-17 10 mg. hydrocodones a day for about 1 1/2 yrs. I'm very scared of how I am going to feel for the next few days. I am also dealing with a lot of anxiety. Does anyone know if I can take a 1/2 or whole xanax while taking Suboxone to help with anxiety? I'm reading conflicting reports on this. I've got a call into my dr., but have not heard back yet. I am very concerned about how I will be able to function for the next few days or weeks. Yesterday was my first dr. visit and prescription. I really want to kick this awful habit. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank You...

I was on cozaar & tritace and had no problems at all, they took me of the tritace and put me on lercanidipine with the cozaar, I don't feel so good shakey and tired all the time no energy, mussy feeling & low grade headach . ## As reported by the U.S. FDA, those can be side effects of this medication, along with nausea, headache, increased urination, and hyptoension. How long have you been taking it? Some side effects take about 4 to 5 weeks to improve, after your body gets used to the medication. Why did they change your medication?

my wife takes one 20mg lexapro at bedtime. She feels better at the time before going to bed than when she wakes up in the morning. would changing the medication to a time released aprazolam give her a more level relief from anxiety throughout the day and therefore have her feel better when she wakes up as opposed to taking lexapro or the regular aprazolam ## What has her doctor advised? You are talking about 2 different classed of medications here, an antidepressant and a Benzodiazepine, so they work differently. How long has she been on the Lexapro?
