I am 64 yrs old and diagnosed for mitral valve prolapse. My cardiologist prescribed to me concor 5mg. I feel pain after taking the concor 5 so i reduced it to 2.5mg yet i still feel a the pain. I have decided to cut in half the 2.5mg but still i feel some pain. Shall i continue taking it. I have a normal blood pressure. ## What type of pain? Generally body aches, or stomach pain? I have been taking Oral Nystatin Tablets for a few weeks for high levels of Candida found in an Organization. Acids Test. I noticed that about an hour after taking the medicine I start itching everywhere for abut an hour, maybe less then I am fine. I'd like to know if there are any alternatives to Paracetamol tablets. I usually take them for headaches or body aches and was recently diagnosed with a fatty liver because of medicine (antifungal meds caused the fatty liver) and I would like to go easy on the liver. Please let me know any headache medications / painkillers I can take that are not heavy on the liver.

I had a mild cough so i went to the pharmacy to get some antibiotic... Later to see he gave me 4 tablets (disprin, cobadex, celin and azithromycin). After taking all these now I'm feeling even more worse. For e.g.; increase in body temp, headache and body pain. Hi this is padma..i get married 4 months before..i have dought for this okacet tablets..can i used this tablet for cold,, fever,bodypains... any side effects whenn am gettign pregnent time..i was some fear about this tablets.. ## Well from what I know okacet contains cetrizine which is an anti histamine. Hence it is meant to be taken to temporarily drive away symptoms of allergies like a runny nose, itching and watering of the eyes. Don't think it helps any with fever and body pains. Take a paracetamol to deal with that. Side effect is mainly drowsiness but might cause a heavy head and headache. Won't affect ur fertility or chances of pregnancy. Not to worry.
