i underwent piles operation 5 months ago.my doctor advised me to take oxerute cd for 3 months-twice a day.while using i was ok. but 15 days after stopping using it for 3 months blood started blledig. pl. advise whether to continue using it or should i consult surgeon.now doctors say still hemorrhoids are present .this they say after doing rectoscopy.they suggest surgery again. pl. advise. ## Hello, Phani! How are you? It is probably best to listen to what your doctors are telling you. If you are getting the bleeding like that, it could be dangerous and isn't something you can safely let continue. Do you have regular bowel movements? Many times, such things are caused by straining too hard in the bathroom.

I underwent perforated appendicitis open surgery which was 12inches cut. Post surgery for the past 1 1/2 months i had consecutive complications like no sense of feeling urgency of passing urine , motion or gas, reverse giddiness,constipation. Post surgery i still have vaginal bleeding, was advised tablet meprate 10mg, bleeding did not stop, again was advised tablet Ovral-L, even this tablet did not work. Dear Sir/Madam, I have the piles problem since 2011. In the month of April I consulted with my Dr. who suggested I take SN15 tablet and Moxbro 500 tablet. After taking those medicines I will be alright for that time being. Now this year November I faced a accident and was admitted into a hospital. During that time my doctor suggested me take some high dose antibiotic to cure me early. Antibiotic name is Cetil 500, Cefoprim 500 and Lizoforce 600. Now after taking the medicines once again my piles problem gets started and bleeding is also happening. For this once again I started to take SN15 and MOBRO500. i m 32 diabetic since 3 n half yrs..b43 months diognised with TB PCR n was on treatment of AKT4 for 3 months but after 2 months i got severe pain in upper abdomen stomuch n in bladder also..then i stopped this treatment bcoz i had side effects like severe mouth ulcers, bleeding piles bcoz of some injections or tablets..due to this i stopped all medications now i want to know can i continue AKT4 after 50 days gap or do i need to restart again?
